maybe ya just like somebody cuz they are your 5th cousin or something and you don't even know it
sometimes we just have a good feeling about someone so we trust them, sometimes too soon even
use instincts as a guide but not only instincts or intuition, get some proof too

It probably means that they basically liked you even though your resume or maybe your interview wasn't exactly what they were looking for. They feel they will be able to train you in the points you missed out on or at least get along with you to help you out with your job. Good luck!

basically, you seemed like a good honest worker to them, 1st impressions went well. But be warned, you have a lot on your plate with this kind of boss, so try to keep your cool.
