Would you spend the entire time text messaging other people?

My girlfriend was in the middle of doing her self a pedicure, she has nice feet, but they stink. Every stroke she'd do with the file would bring up this nasty aroma.
Well seeing that I do give manicures, she had asked me to do her fingernails, and before I started I asked her to wash her hands. That wasn't enough, I started in on her fingernails and it was as if I was letting loose the most raunchiest smell there ever was. As if she was digging somewhere where it would be easy to get "something" caught under the nail....
She is my dearest friend. But she has got some issues with stinking for some odd reason. How would you aproach a dear friend about their smell?

I went college shopping and bought alot of stuff in size M and L , when I really wear more like a size L. I am taking a real gamble with this because I want to lose weight during the year after freshman 15 and we all know how hard that can be.
DO you do this too? buy cheap stuff a wee bit to small in hopes of losing weight.
I'm serious however, I have moved from a size S/M to an L/XL in the course of 1 year. I HAVE TO take off weight. College or no college, its not even an option for me. I will be 30 lbs lighter in may.
But I just wanna know if Im alone or not in this.

I went to a cub scout training class today. One of the "trainers" told a story about his daughter, and he mentioned body piercings. The lady sitting beside me started saying very negative things about body jewlery, tattoos and the people who have them. It only lasted a min or so, BUT... I have 5 tattoos and 1 body piercing. I kept my mouth shut. I have regreted it all day. I feel like I should have asked her if she felt that way about me.. then told her I have my ink and my "hole in my body".... Now remember, this was a scout event... Couldnt have cussed her out or anything along those lines.... What would you have done different? Would you have kept your mouth shut too? Should I regret my choice? Thanks all!!

This is a really confusing thing for me. I sometimes believe that if we can not cure our self’s naturally are we suppose to live. Why would things happen if they not natures way of life. I had a surgery that was suppose to save my life. They said I would die with out it. That was a year ago and I have since struggled to stay alive. It bought me a year so far but it has been a horrible year. Maybe we shouldn't try and control our fate medically. I feel that I cheated death, and I have paid by the side effects of my surgery. It is such a confusing thing. I sometimes think that we try to hard to play god. It is not our job to interfere with what is meant to be. I know that everybody wants to live long lives, but sometimes it is better to just take comfort with our family and let nature take its course. My family has suffered this past year with watching me struggle to live. Maybe we should be happy with what life has given us and deal with it that way.
Does anybody else feel that way?

I am tired of going to these home parties shows where you feel obligated to buy something! I got invited to my neighbors jewelry party - I make jewelry and I'm broke, so this is the last party I need/want to go to. so, since she lives across the street and I like her, what should I do? Should I go? Can I possibly get out of this?

Most of my friends have stopped using tampons or are using pads a lot more (TSS, etc.). Anyway, I started on the stickies until two friends told me about these new lacy, colored belts that hold these new thinner pads in place. They fit close, don't stick to me and just feel much more secure. Any other ladies using the belts out there or prefering them vs. stick on pads.

Angry tampon users that hate pads can sit this out please.

The other day i went to walmart with my friend cledius we had to go use the mens room so i walked in and we was talkin. Then i decided I needed to go to, so we walked over and started peeing. When I looked down I noticed I was accidently peeing on the cleaning lady who just happens to be the girl i married, who also threw me out of her trailor. cledius was peeing on her too. She started screaming and we got all nervous. I took off and went down to the garden area to visit wilma.

This wife of mine came down there yelling and screaming. wilma tells her why dont you just calm down, so then my (soon to be ex) wife gets all mad and starts throwing stuff around the store, her and wilma started pushing but then cledius tried to lock the door so they could fight. Some guy ran in and broke them up and then we took off, i dont want the cops giving me problems i got enough already.

how should I react to this? How should I handle myself the next time in this situation? what is proper?

i am a very gentle citizen, i lived very happily but then in our neighbours few bad people come, they tried to tease me every time i used to go to college or to come to my roof.
one day he said how strange, you did not die yet,i am a magician , i put a spell on you, i was amazed to hear it,i told my family members but they ignored it and scolded me, now they are in my favor because they disturbed them too,if i were standing any where , he started to do i don't what, i got fear and then it became difficult for me to stand, i could not completed my assignment because they are disturbing me, police are with them.

I contacted the World Wildlfe Fund and various other monkey experts but they say thats explotation.I wouldnt ask it to do any of my ironing as that's womens work but it could help out with some stuff around the house.I'm a keen golfer by the way so I dont have much time for trival stuff.Thanks.

I am ready to start my first year of college in about a week. I contacted my roomate and told her that i bought a t.v and refrigerator and for some reason she has the impression that i bought it for US. I definetly bought it for ME. I mean what if i want to watch a show on t.v and she wants to watch another show, that will create conflict.And the refrigerator i bought is very small. I dont want to share it. Am i being mean? When y ou are in a dorm do you have to share everything???? I mean I bought the t.v she didnt put any money on it. Wouldnt that be free-loading if she used it anyway? She said that shes not going to buy a t.v she is just gonna download shows of the internet. YEA RIGHT!! i dont want to come inside my dorm room and see her and her friends watching MY T.V i would be super pissed!!In the nicest way possible, how can i tell her that i bought the stuff just for me?
