Funny. I've done this many times...It is a good incentive, and I have actually fit into them after a while. NO! You are not alone. It feels so good to fit in to the clothes you've "put aside"!! Good luck!

I do that too, kind of. What I did, was I refused to buy any more clothes, so that i'd have to lose weight to fit back into my clothes. So I end up feeling really bad when I have to go out and it takes me hours to find something that looks just right. But it doesn't really work. I just end up feeling bad all the time and not really losing any weight.

I think we all buy what I like to call, "incentive clothes." Those are the ones we purchase to encourage us to lose weight. Be realistic about it, will you actually follow through or will those clothes sit in your closet? I say if you put your mind to it then you will get back into those clothes.

i think its pretty normal. i do that too sometimes. when you really want to lose weight, but you need just a little push, buy something just a wee bit smaller than what you usually wear to motivate yourself to lose weight. dont worry, your not alone!

instead of wasting time on the site, get out of your chair and go take a walk or run.

Always plan on getting bigger not smaller... if you are just going into college, you will probably "fill" out some... not shrink!
