What is the best thing to write on the card. I am doing up thank you cards and need to thank my husbands boss for the $50 he gave my son for his baptism.
Also, is it rude to give the card to the person when you see them, or do you have to mail the card?

These new belts are lacy, colored - like lingerie - and they hold the pad securely - much more than the stickon type.
I started with the stick on pads - but I will NEVER use them again. The belts are much better (and they don't stick to your body or bunch up!)

I was in a taxi in Germany and the driver kept putting his finger in his nose and made a disgusting noise as he was clearing his teeth by forcing air through them. It was a real nightmare until I arrived at my destination.

I have come accross some great people on yahoo answers, and really appreciate their fantastic answers and help. But to all those people who has nothing good to say, if you want to be rude just don't participate,some people find you very offensive. Don't just answer questions to earn points, answer questions because you want to help others. Thanks again to all those super poeple who makes a difference.

I can ask her, but most or girls or women are shying and don't say are they satisfied or not.

I mean if I didnt say anything rude to you, didnt offend you in any way, why would you say some rude comment to me.

And the worst thing is people who say something rude but cover it up by saying other nice things..That is the worst.

I dont let it get to me or anything, its just a big annoyance.

There are some people they just want to hate you not for what you are, but for what they heard about you.
They don't care that how many perecent it is true about you.
In my openion they are just stupid ones.

I'm a little Greek and a little French and mostly American.
Somehow, I get asked if I am Jewish a lot.

My last name is sort of vague (in ethnicity) as is my first.

So, I'm wondering I would love to know what the process is for Jewish people to find out if you are also. I'm serious, since I get asked this a lot, I find it really interesting.
A lady where I work is Jewish and she says it comes down to this:

1. does the person look sort of, even a little, Mediterranean
2. look for Italian or Greek or Spanish last name. If so, you are out of luck (most likely not Jewish).
3. look for a common Jewish first name such as Miriam or Ariella.
If the first name is Latin sounding, out of luck.
4. throw out clues in the conversation and see what happens.


I kind of feel it's strange for her to have a process like this. Isn't that sort of racial profiling? but I suppose it's for good not evil.

Anyway, I'd love to hear people's thoughts & have a nice night & weekend.

I'm 14 and duh I know basic table manners but i've been invited to a friend's wedding.We are going to have a special dinner and stuff-it's going to be really fancy.So I need to know basic stuff like why do I need all those forks and spoons-what do I use them for?Can you give me some websites or something?Please help!
