I had a hot female employee that kind of send me the vibes but I was stupid enough to not take it! Then as I worked closer - i figured I was VERY attracted to her - she is married and so am I! I know it's wrong but I want it REALLY bad ! HELP!!!

Just imagine that you are doing her when you do your wife. That is probably the closest will you ever get to actually having sex with her anyway and at least that way it is not technically considered cheating.

Sexual harassment? There's more going on here than just that! She's married! You're married (lucky wife!) You KNOW it's wrong. There are NO "buts". Leave her alone. Stay away from her. You don't know for sure that she was sending you "vibes". Oh my gosh, did you REALLY say that? Vibes? How old are you?

For the fact that you are both MARRIED, it clearly explains a big NO! Plus you are both in the same office and you are the boss. If your keeping a reputation towards your subordinates then do not push ur desire. Respect is earned and it needs time to have it and it is also can be withdrawn in a tick of a clock once they got to know their married boss is messing around with their married co-worker. Now boss, how would you feel when one day the respect your employees shown to you disappeared in exchange for the temporary desire?

Assure her that you really wouldn't mind losing your job, having your name dragged through the mud, spending time in jail over the ensuing sexual harassment suit, feeling like a horrible person, having your promise and word mean absolutely nothing at all, and wreaking havoc on both of your spouses' lives.

It can be dangerous to fish off of the company pier. What kind of signals did she give you? That's important. If she wants it too, go for it. But realize that if it goes south you could end up with a sexual harrassment suit or you could end up firing her for the guilt you feel.

Ok first go to a lawyer. Explain to him you need to start divorce proceedings from your wife, as you are a jerk and she deserves better. Then if you have anything left tell the woman how you feel. Keep the lawyer on retention as you will need him for that lawsuit as well.
