Actually yes they can. That (and my husband likes them) is the only reason I wear them.

Maybe you misunderstood them, and I dont thing that wearing thongs will case stimulation unless it is somehow intentional stimulation. So dont worry too much about your daughter. I hope this helps.

Maybe a thong can stimulate a nasty hemorrhoid. Otherwise, their main purpose is to eliminate panty lines.

go put some on and try them out i have on some now and I'm not stimulated maybe you have to turn them backwards

Children these days try anything. They even try to be lesbians just for the fun of it. The more you try to control them, the more they will want to do it. Teenage children are difficult to bring up. all the best
