My boyfriend bought ame this really cool phone that I had been saving up for for months when we were going out for no reason other than to just shows he cares.We'd been together for a year before we broke up about a month ago and just last night he gave me this really expensive pocket pc/pda from hp that I've wanted for ages saying that he bought it for me before we broke up and he wanted me to have it.Should I take the gift?Should I return the phone as well?

understand a bit of english, but somehow managed to work the drive thru window all the time. You order one thing and he/she repeats another, you tell them "no" and repeat the order again only to pull up to the window, pick up your order, you get half way out of the drive thru and realized that your #7 is a freakin #11.

i told him to stop using my number, he can have the phone but for privacy reason, i told him to stop using my number itself..he said i cant do anything about it..i told him in a nicer way i can..but he still won't..im really not confident when others are looking on my messages and he might deceive my friends..some of my friends dont know bec dont have their numbers..what sould i tell him? or what should i do?

for some reason, whenever a guy holds the door open to allow me to go ahead of him, i always think it is so he can check out my a$$ as I walk past. a brought this up with my boyfriend and some other male friends, they insist that boys are just being polite when they do this, but my girl friends say that they know for sure that guys do check out girls asses when they are holding the door open for them, what is your experience with this? am i just being paranoid?

ok, here's the question. and i know this may seem stupid to some ppl, but i'm just curious.

i have NEVER used a racial slur in my life, nor do i plan to. i have friends of all different races, religious beliefs, sexual orientations... you name it.

now, have you ever seen the show the boondocks? they use the "n word" all the time. i think the show is friggin hilarious, they rip on all races. and i had a friend in high school that used to call me "the n word" in gym all the time. but he did it in the same way he used it towards his black friends (he was black, btw). i was never offended by it. he never said it out of hate.
now, if i'm telling someone about the show, or what happened in gym, is it ok for me to repeat what they're saying? or is that offensive? or..... well, whats the protocol here?

I am transgendered but havent had my full surgery to become a woman yet. I took hormones to grow breasts but I am still a man where it counts. But I look and dress like a woman. Which restroom should I use? I do still have a mans equipment, and I do still pee standing up. The urinals in the mens room are so convenient but it seems to cause such a stir! Would it be wrong to use the ladies?

why are you such a moron and won't type in caps ?

this is what i'm talking about. when you ask a question from the premise of bias if's not a question is it ? like this question i'm asking now i allready know the answer so let me rephrase the question ? different wording may help. do you find it as annoying as i do all the question posted with a bias intent allready in place ? if so don't you think yahoo should have a short video snippit on how to ask a question. what would be the rules for good question asking manners. maybe i'll boycott all stupid questions like why are all mormons stupid ? that's a stupid question. all mormons aren't stupid just like all bald guys aren't white surpremists. if a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it did the tree really fall ? if a bias person asks a bias question and no one gets it, did they really ask a question ?

You know whenever you call someone, and the person has to hang up for any reason, and they'll say "hold on, I'll call you back." And then they never end up calling you. I don't know but it really bothers me. If you're going to say that you're gonna call me, then call. If you're not, you can at least apologize. Does this bother you?

I'm a bus rider, to work and back most days. I work at a phone center and must talk ALL DAY to people I'd rather not talk to. I get on the bus, take my favorite seat in the back, and plug in my iPod. Is it so wrong that I'm done talking to people I don't care about about stuff that doesn't matter, or at least won't matter after the hour long bus ride is over (I'm usually the last person off the bus, except the driver)
This one guy started talking AT me, since I wasn't listening, and would not stop. There was a rattle on the bus that got louder, and he said "I'm going to move up front where we can hear each other." so I said "I'm staying her, thanks" He looked at me like I shot a nun.

My one co-woprker is the opposite, and his bus is full of chatter, and he loves it. for the most part, mine is full of not so awkward silence.
