Same exact thing happened to my husband's cell phone. We called the service provider and told them what happened. They locked out that phone to ALL services, refunded us for charges that they incurred and forwarded the issue onto their fraud department. All we had to do was get a new phone. Kind of a pain, but it all worked out just fine.

you first ought to come back to a decision even if theres any possibility it became stolen, or taken once you've been at school etc. even if that is block your telephone and sim card immediately. yet different wise u were given to save on lookin! heavily i lost some thing significant to me and that i became confident it became in my room, i appeared over and throughout back and placed it on like the 20 th time! you've probable tried calling it from yet another telephone, yet in case you aint, you need to. yet to be instantly ahead perchance you need to in simple terms purchase a metal detector and which will locate it LOL

Cancel the service and simply transfer your old number to your new phone.

call your provider, i know that with sprint they can send a text message that not only erases your memory on the phone but it stops the service call and find out what your company can do

Happened to me once... first of all, cancel your service. That will make the phone he stole as functional as a paperweight. If you report it stolen, he can NEVER turn it on again because it will be flagged. I hope you had insurance on it....

I would call your cell phone company and tell them you lost it and someone else has it but wont give it back and is using it. They should shut it off immediately.
