I thoroughly repent not only my sins but my entire life to the point where I don't long for a single extra day on this planet. I remain here only because I long for the justice that doesn't happen in the human arena. I repent my ugly, sinful ways but I am having a very difficult time summoning the will to be happy while living on this terrible world of death, decay, and violence where every thing that seems good is not what it seems and where every beauty just might be a lie. This is just the way it looks to me no matter how far I search and no matter how much I wish it could be otherwise.

Will Jesus accept my repentance despite my lack of cheer or am I not God material?

My fiancé and I were at the bar for my friends birthday last night and my friend's best friend was there. I got along with her really well and we had a lot of fun. We all drank quite a bit and when we were leaving I patted her on the butt when I was hugging her goodbye, just joking around. My boyfriend freaked out when we got in the car and was like "What the hell was that?!?!" and wouldn't talk to me the rest of the night... was I totally out of line? No one else seemed to think it was a big deal.

Turns out Turkey - 99% Sunni Muslim - recognized Israel way back in 1949 and the two countries have had excellent relations all along. I thought the Israeli line was that Muslim support for Palestinians was just a matter of religious bigotry,i.e. hostility to Jews borne of Islam itself. If that's the case - Muslims hate Jews,hence the aversion to Israel - and it's a question of Islamic religious bigotry,then how do we explain the tight relations between Turkey and Israel?

From what I understand the "Standard Model" for our universe at this time calls for about 4% atomic mass, 25% dark matter, and 71% dark energy. Mathematically and observationally we know that the speed of stars within galaxies and expansion the expansion speed of galaxies from galaxies is still increasing. Further, we know that the gravity from the atomic structure is not enough to support these two observations. So, we are searching for the elusive neutrino to prove dark matter exists but at present we have not been able to capture even the effect a neutrino should have on atomic mass as it passes through it. But my hypothesis is that that will not really matter too many of you on this site. HOW many of you believe in Dark Matter?

Also, when he said "Except ye eat my flesh." was this a code phrase for Phineas and Peter? (Regarding their plan later that night.)

The whole scenario is very compelling, but what other evidence do we have beside what his followers wrote?

I'm not going to start condemning sex or anything like that. My question is that do you believe that our society is too sexualized? It's all over TV, the Internet, movies, music, and other media outlets. Heck, toy companies market those Bratz dolls to pre-preteen girls.

Now, here's the second part of it. If you believe that society is or isn't too sexualized, do you think that the current amount of sex in our culture is too much, too little, or just right?

Where I live Cops chase Homeless People around a lot,they have a right to sleep anywhere they want without being Hassled by the Cops,aren't their real crimes being commited somewhere?I Live in San Francisco,Ca.,because the cost of living is so damn high alot of people can't afford a place of their own,theres nothing wrong with sleeping in the park or on the street corner in a tent,this was a free country the last time I checked,who agrees?

They say an egg is more expensive than sperm, by watching children in the playground, I realized how different parents treat their little ones, there are so much more pampering involve in treating little girls vs little boys. You have to care for their feeling and when they grow up, you have to protect them so much physically- not to get pregnant.
It seemed that men are less valued in United States, there are so many guys at my age that couldn't find girlfriends. You get pull off to the force anytime when a country needs you, don't you think that it's unfair for male and female to be treated so differently?

-This is the opposite from where I came from, boys are the one that are pampered to death.

I was told that I lost 55% of my hearing. I am aware that hearing cannot be measured by percentages. I wear high tech hearing aids. Just asking out of curiosity. I do not feel disable nor do i require special equipment. I only require hearing aids and an interpreter in some cases.

I am curious as to why Christians (most of the ones I know, anyway) feel like they must expose others to their religious beliefs. Is this a commandment from god? Part of being a good christian? A requirement to get into heaven? Why do you feel that you MUST bring others to your "side" as it were? Why can't you just accept that some people don't believe the way you do and leave it at that?
