I do not believe in evolution. No more than I believe in the sun or the moon.

Evolution is a fact, like the sun and the moon. It does not require belief.

I know that evolution is a fact. I trust the theory of evolution to make accurate predictions about evolution, as it has done for the last 100+ years.

I do.

London Girl, you're using the wrong definition of the word theory. Either you know this and you're lying to us, or you're not very smart and were unaware there is a difference.

Which is it? Liar or stupid?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_theory#Science

"In scientific usage, a theory does not mean an unsubstantiated guess or hunch, as it can in everyday speech. A theory is a logically self-consistent model or framework for describing the behavior of a related set of natural or social phenomena. It originates from or is supported by experimental evidence (see scientific method)."

I spent an entire semester studying evolution in London. I really can't understand how people can deny evolution's existence.

I DONT. Evolution is just a fact, that is 100% untrue, THey have never proven it at all. It is just a way for people to make an excuse to not believe in God.

I don't.
Its not fact either.
Its a theory and the last time i checked a theory isn't 100% fact.

Wikipedia:
theory to signify a conjecture, an opinion, or a speculation. In this usage, a theory is not necessarily based on facts

Evolution isn't "believed". It is observed and tested.
