Way better than a comb-over! I think totally bald heads are attractive...on quite a few men at least. I would say it is no more dishonest than a woman that wears makeup to even out her complexion, cover a zit, or hide dark circles under her eyes. No more dishonest than covering gray hair with a rinse or completely changing your color with dye...no more dishonest than getting a perm to make your hair look thicker or paying a great stylist to disguise a too high forehead or big ears or a prominent jaw. If a guy wants to shave his head OR just proudly display his bald spot, I say it is his choice...just no bad comb-overs please!
I saw a guy this summer who was drop dead gorgeous and would have looked great if he had either cut his hair into a nice style or shaved it bald...he looked like an idiot with his obvious comb-over...I wanted to go after him with scissors when he wasn't looking!! I only saw him once, but the image remains!

Unless a person belongs to one of those religious sects that doesn't believe in cutting the hair, I don't think there are any religious or moral issues involved. It strikes me as a more realistic way of dealing with the issue than a combover. If you're concerned about the man's ability to produce a full head of hair, check for follicles.

I am grateful for what I have. At the barber he will adjust my hair when he cuts it and make the bald spot kind get hidden. I tell him to leave it alone, since he isn't going to be around in the morning to help me comb my hair. I think if you are balding, then that is that...

Actually, my boyfriend shaves his head completely. I love it. Why is it being dishonest?
If he is going bald and shaves..that's not being dishonest.
Dishonest would be a comb over...

I would rather see a man shave his head completely then to see them with a bad comb over, or a bad rug(wig)

my husband does the hulk hogan thing
yes, I would be upset if he did that
it will fall out soon enough on its own
but I dont think its dishonest
