Does anyone know of a website with a list or please tell me the things you remember. I know Dogma and DaVinci Code are on the list.

To the best of my knowledge the Church does not forbid any books or movies.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' (USCCB) Office for Film and Broadcasting is responsible for reviewing and rating theatrical motion pictures, previewing and evaluating television programming as well as providing the Catholic public with information about the role of the entertainment and news media in influencing societal and personal values.

All movies are reviewed according to artistic merit and moral suitability. The reviews include the USCCB rating, the Motion Picture Association of America rating, and a brief synopsis of the movie.

The classifications are as follows:
+ A-I -- general patronage
+ A-II -- adults and adolescents
+ A-III -- adults
+ L -- limited adult audience, films whose problematic content many adults would find troubling
+ O -- morally offensive

If you need a priest to tell you what to watch or what is forbidden, that should tell you you're on shaky ground! What happens when you're AWAY from church? You should KNOW what's morally right and wrong without someone in a dress having to hold your hand. Are you an adult or a child? The rc church, the pope, the priests, etc, do NOT speak for GOD! Read your BIBLE yourself!

Most likely something that has to do with sex education. Instead of giving condoms or teaching the harms of H.I.V. the church would rather teach them abstinence.
