When did he learn of that?
And who told him, and how does the Sacred Phantom figure in all of this?
Also, when he said "Except ye eat my flesh." was this a code phrase for Phineas and Peter? (Regarding their plan later that night.)
The whole scenario is very compelling, but what other evidence do we have beside what his followers wrote?

Also: If he knew ahead of time, then it coudn't have been much of an ordeal. Some religious people are saying it was a big ordeal, with much distress and anxiety.

He had no idea, but he sure was relieved when it happened. He shouted down to Peter "I'm outta here! You can keep the burlap tunic!"

Well, Jesus seems to have made allusion to his divine nature, e.g. when he said, "before Abraham was, I am." "I am" in this context is a clear reference to God's name as given to Moses. I don't see any reason to regard the "eat my flesh" reference as code for a plot, if that is what you mean. There were a number of references to the need to feed on Jesus, before the Last Supper.
Jesus seems to have had at least a general idea of what was going to happen, how he was going to suffer. I wouldn't say that this means it would not have been much of an ordeal. It would be terrifying and excruciating anyway. However, his more perfect faith would have made it easier to do the right thing in spite of the cost.

It is God's will for him to die for the people so that they will see that God loves and forgives their sins. As long as they realize they have done wrong. If Jesus didn't die, There woudn't be Christianity would there? And society would not have been what it is right now. In fact, there wouldn't be an America would there? So, he did know he was gonna die and change the world and make people follow Him. He gave up his body and blood so that we could live.

He was God before He was even sent to the earth, so He knew what was going to happen and was anxious because He knew that for a time He was going to be seperated from the Father, and that it was going to be very painful.

He was already God before he was crucified and risen. But yes He did know. IT was not anxiety over not knowing what will happen but dreading the pain and separation from the Father that tormented Christ.
