The body is physical, but the soul isn't. How does body-soul interaction occur?

And don't tell me it's through the Pineal Gland unless you can explain how that works.

There are so many religions in the world, the why each follower only endorses his own religion and falsify other ones.

I see some of you depicting Jesus as so loving and understanding with compassion for all people and creatures when the Bible clearly states other wise...

"Ye not follow me, then you shall burn in the flames of hell"
That doesn't sound very compassionate or loving that sounds viciously defensive because many people didn't like what he preached.
And the Bible is such a glorious, wholesome, "Good" fairy tale either...its sexist, murderous, and quite terrifying (without scaring the begeezus out of people, then who would convert, right?).

1 Corinthians
14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
Matthew 5:17
Jesus strongly approves of the law and the prophets. He hasn't the slightest objection to the cruelties of the Old Testament.

Also, for those who are deeply devout, can you tell me why you believe in God, without quoting or using the Bible in your answer. I am not passing judgement in any way, just curious as to what motivates different people, and why they follow their chosen path. Thanks

Im catholic,I want to baptize my daughter also, as a catholic. However, her father is blk and I think he may be baptist, I dont know, not sure because HE DOESNT GO TO CHURCH.. So I dont see why its such an issue for him! He says " how many black people you know are catholic?" Like that matters!!! Anyway, she's only 5 months, and ive been taking her to church with me. I just wonder if I should go ahead and baptize her without him knowing, or bring it up and tell him im goint to baptize her regardless? I dont know, this is important to me, like i said b4 why does he care it would be one thing if he went to church himself but he dont. So, since im the one taking her, and im catholic, she should be as well. Him and I arent married or anything, and our relationship is okay, but not the best, so I cant say we will end up married or anything. I dont know, what do you guys think? Any advice?

a mans chest can be just as sexual as a womans....and you cant say its because of hanging flesh because fat men are still allowed to go topless.

so whats the REAL reason?

Men - how would you feel about women having the right to go topless?

Women - if you had this right would you exercise it?

I believe that if you claim to believe in the Lord and follow the Bible, then you should maintain that a baptism can take place anywhere. Why do I believe this? Because the Bible tells us that any water should suffice for being baptized. In Acts 8.27 - 39, we learn that Phillip the evangelist baptized an ethiopian man who he met in some water on the road side.

Like PAUL, I know many christains that ignore he's teachings
For instance "WOMEN PREACHERS" and "GAY Christians"

Why?
Because he talks against both of them.
You can't take out parts and leave in some, just to fit you.

One of the spiritual masters I respect most, L. Ron Hubbard, caled this sort of thing, when it happened in his day, "The Wisest men in the World, being overthrown by the Stupidest soldiers in the World."

He taught that "The greatest purpose in this Universe is the creation of an effect." (Scientology Axiom 10.)
Why would people devote their lives to something that has no practical application?. The greatest spiritual system the World has ever seen is the ORIGINAL Gospel that Jesus taught- before his nervous breakdown, after which he deliberately messed up his own system so no one but the "worthy" could use it.

EVERY denomination of Christianity REJECTS the AUTHORITATIVE teachings of Jesus for the TOTALLY UNSUBSTANTIATED THEORIES of "The Apostles" and those who have "interpreted" their doctrines over the ages, THEN THEY COMPLAIN when they suffer the results of NOT PHYSICALLY IMPLEMENTING the commandments of Jesus. Consequences as the inability to control their own minds, and MEST
