This is a genuine question, please don’t assume I’m anti-Christian.

It is common knowledge that astrology had it’s origin in ancient pagan religion (people thought the stars were gods that gave the people guidance etc).

Why then did pagan men (3 astrologers, AKA 3 wise men), go to do obeisance to Jesus? God required the Israelites to only worship one God, but these men worshipped many…

I am thinking that if we were to legalise drugs then just maybe we would reduce the amount of crime because most of the crimes committed are because of drugs. Prohibition of alcohol did not work in the USA, and a lot of police admit that they are losing the war on drugs.

We know that early mankind were hunters and later farmers, so they had no need for math. With the rise of trade people began to add and subtract. Before the Romans there were no roads to connect tribes with each other. No one knew what was happening outside of their own tribe or valley. No one left their own valley because of subsistance level farming. Foreigners were driven away because food was so short that no one could afford to share with a stranger. If you left your valley there was no employment. Today the exchange of knowedge in the advanced countries has enabled scientific advances which send us into space (or black holes), has allowed to pick apart DNA and RNA and has allowed us to gather energy from quarks and other sub atomic particles. Didn't believe, still?

Look into the back of your hand- your hand itself denotes ALLAH(compare with link below):

Now look into the palm of your both hands; the numbers 99 and 63 can be formed easily as per Arabic calculations. The numbers have symbolic importance in Qu'ran.

Raise up your eyes to the high points looking over our sacred moors - see to the East ... The Truthkeeper, the luminous Lady Barbara, to the West ... The Quiet Protector ... Lady Sylvia, look to the South - The Wise and Watching - Lilabner and to the north The Twin Wraiths of Nonecan and Luvspbr2 and the ranks of our warriors are swelled by the heart and strong loin of Grodno. The silence is pregnant with the anticipation of the victory to come. We all watch and wait. For in our nostrils now comes to stench of those that have lost their waste in the fear of what dread is about to descend upon their un-holy souls. And Gracie - so well called - murmers under her breath the chants from ages past that brought us strength to retake that which is ours. Built on the words that brought forth laughter and light and joy. Taken by the unseen thumb of despair. We are poised and we are as one. We breathe as one from the oxygen that is loyalty and love. Fill your lungs and be ready with our cry.

I know that there are very strict rules about what you can wear in the temple- but how much flesh would be considered offensive for a non-LDS bride to show when marrying her LDS fiancee in an ordinary civil wedding, possibly to be held in the hall at a stake center?
I have found a dress that I love and which fits perfectly; I was pretty proud of myself for finding one with long opaque sleeves and which doesn't show any cleavage. It does, however, show off my collarbone, and about an inch of shoulder top and shoulderblades- my best features, and I don't want to cover them up. I don't think it looks risque or raunchy at all, but I am afraid that I might offend some fuddy-duddy relative (particularly one who isn't happy about my non-LDS status).
Reckon I can get away with gratuitous clavicle?

Literary Meaning:
Namasté or Namaskar (from internal sandhi between namaḥ and te) is an Indian greeting or parting phrase as well as a gesture.
Taken literally, it means "I bow to you". The word is derived from Sanskrit (namas): to bow, obeisance, reverential salutation, and (te): "to you".
It also reflects that I bow to the god within you. The person opposite reflects the same and bow to the god within you.
Philosophy behind it:

Philosophy says there are 10 ways to reach god. The name of this 10 fold path is called Yoga. It is "Yoga". Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word "Yujir".

Yujir : meaning :
- that which leads to thee
- that which makes the "geevathma" (Microcosmic) to merge and become one with "paramathma" (Macrocosmic) or omniscient and omnipotent
