History of our great country, Atheists, and Secular Liberals are attacking our faith as never before!!!

Also, to note strongly, we lack the extremely important necessity of Leadership for the Christian community!! We lack VISION, and what is that vision in Proverbs referring to? It is referring to the acknowledgment of God's Word in our society of this day and age!!!

We need a crusade, an old fashioned, red hot, Bible preaching on the Horrors of Hell!!

It would wake people up, and get people saved to renew the minds of God's people, and make them Soul winners for Christ!!!

Amen?

PLEASE AMERICA!!! We owe it to the future generations of our children and granchildren!!!!

after a really bad car accident, she was almost deceased when paramedics arrived, after being in shock trama for a month and a rehab hospital for 2 weeks, yay she is coming home. She is 19 years old, loves horses, has horses and was going to college to be a Equine Vet. We are freinds of her parents, actually, my hubby is her dad's boss. We are freinds also. Any suggestions? thanks

me and my boyfriend wanted to dress up for Halloween well my mom would bring me there all the way to see my boyfriend and she said that she will just wait at the hotel while i drive around but i dont want her to do that i want her to come with and have fun i think she feels left out and my bf loves my mom so i would like some ideas that would be appropriate so we all can go and dress up and look like a bunch of dorks together thanks so much=)

Here in this verse we are told to seek judgement.
Isa 1:17a "Learn to do well; seek judgment...."

Here in these verses there are actually two judgments.
The first judgment deals with ourselves.
The second judgment deals with our Bretheren.
These verses here in Matthew 7:1-5 warn us not to judge as a hypocrite would.
Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?

7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

I really like this quote "Amor Platonicus." I kno that this is Latin, but when I look it up on a translator, only Amor changes. I am already aware that many of the online translators are not correct at times as I am already fluent in Spanish. I am thinking about getting this as a tattoo, but not sure yet. I love the Portuguese language itself...Please Help!

I read something beautiful in a cemetery while in Italy, about people who have passed... It was something like:

"[Ti or vi] amero dal cielo [as I loved you] dalla terra."

I can't remember it exactly, but I want to print it and frame it with a picture of my dear grandfather who passed away. Does anyone know exactly how it goes?

that there are those christians who exibit prejudice against you for your religion, saying that since you dont worship their god you must worship satan
and then there are the "good" christians who dont judge, and accept you no matter what religion you are (an exeption maybe being satanist)
if christianity teaches the same values, then why are some christians more hateful, while others are kinder?

Quiet girl usually keeps to herself but has gradually been talking a little more lately. Very soft-spoken though. Tends to look downwards more than she makes eye contact but if she catches your eye, she will give a warm, genuine smile. Appears to show concern for others and is very empathetic. Always greets you with a smile.

But while answering a question today, she appeared to fumble over an answer and paused as if she was searching for the right words and still seemed to struggle with verbalizing her thoughts. Seemed like she blanked out and stumbled over her response. She then pulled back and didn't offer any additional ideas. Pretty much remained quiet after that.

What would you think of her? Does she give off a good/bad impression? Would you gravitate towards her or distance yourself?

Mom: Lucy, come and have your dinner!

Lucy: Wait Mom, I haven't finished playing with Bobby.

Yahoo creates a three month "trial" R&S forum that is COMPLETELY UNMODERATED. Anything goes, no violations, no suspensions.

It would not be a part of the real Yahoo! Answers. Only users above level two would be allowed to enter it, and you would only be allowed to post in one of the two R&S forums for the three month period. Once you choose, you will be barred from posting in the other (clean) forum.

How many users do you think will RUN (not walk) to the unmoderated forum?

Thus proving to Yahoo that what the USERS want is to be left to our own devices, and at the same time it would get all the undesirable out of their regular R&S, so they could have the nice, antiseptic, politically correct forum they "think" people want, and we can have the fun forum we ACTUALLY DO WANT.

Although I never was taught philosophy or have an idea about it. Does anyone wonder if GOD is really real. I mean think about it. Since the GREEKS had their gods, they believed that there was no one like him. Now we say the same thing about Christianity and other religions. I also do not believe in the stories, like Jonah was swallowed by a whale and survived, or Noah had 2 of every animal on his Ark. So you mean to tell me that the lions and tigers did not attack him.where is the space for the elephants. I don't undertand, can someone help me.

people come in this section and answer questions that really have nothing to do with sexuality but still feel the need to announce something like this..

"I am NOT a homosexual..." and then they go on with their answer..

it just reminds me of how some of society still sees our community..

like OK, something as anonymous as the internet and people come here to the L G T B section and feel the need to make it very clear that they are NOT l g t or b...I kind of find it insulting

like hey, I'll talk to you guys but let me make it clear that I am not like you..


I mean I don't go answering questions about heterosexuals and make it my first priority to proclaim my homosexuality
