Hi it means exactly

"and (You) why don´t you call me" uses vos so probably is a message from Argentine, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, etc

Don't listen to these other people. They don't know. The real translation is, "Why can't I park my llama here?". Trust me. I got a ticket for illegal llama parking and asked the same question!
