Look what happened to nations that turned their back on God in the Bible. Not pretty. If Christians don't start standing up for righteousness and truth, then America will continue to decline and God's hand of blessing will be taken off of this nation. I bet a lot of the "atheists" and "other" religions will be crying out to the one true God then (unless of course their hearts grow harder as Pharaoh's did).

You're right about one thing: America is hitting some very hard times, and the reason is people thinking the way you do. Now, I really have nothing against religion. The way I see it is if it works for your life then that's wonderful. My main point there is it works for YOUR life. If you are so absolutely confident in your own beliefs why do you feel the need to force others into that belief. The fact is I have completely and totally accepted you as a christian and yet you can't seem to accept me as a nihilist. Sounds like just by that alone I'm already being more christian than you are. ;-)

People are getting the warning now all over the earth. As Jehovah's Witnesses we are warning people of the Great Day Of God Almighty is about to take over the earth
Dan 2:44 along with his Son Jesus as King of God's Government
We are now the largest organization in the entire world with over 100 thousand congregations, 8 thousand trained baptized witnesses every week and with more than 10 congregations being built every three days.
Your right people better start waking up to what is about to happen.
When you start to see the political powers of the earth begin to pounce on all false religions, THAT! will be the start of the Great Tribulation that Jesus was talking about which will culminate into the War Of Harmigeddon - the war between ungodly men and Jesus. For all those who want to live under Gods new arrangement they will be saved. But for those who chose not to, even though they will have been given a chance but still refuse will go off into everlasting distruction. Never having a chance for a ressurection back to life here on the earth to live for ever in peace. With no more tears, crying, pain, death, sorrow,
satan, old age all the former things will have passed a way. Rev 21:3,4.
Sincerely yours,
Fred M. hunter

I don't care.
They're wallowing in their own mire.
Every since the Secular took over the school system it has been decaying to the point where the US Primary and Secondary schools are a JOKE in the world and it's SECULARISM and ATHEISM that is cause of it.
Homeschooling has been the cure and more Christains homeschool than all others and get into college at age 16 or 17 with better SAT scores than the SECULAR public schoolers who are 18 years old.
We will bury them, without a shot being fired.
Let them wallow.
Just remember, ALL the prestigious Ivy League schools are RELGIOUSLY oriented.
The Dukes, Notre Dames, Yales, Harvards, USCs...
ALL steeped in spirituality and religious orgins
Let the Secular go to SUNY CORTLAND or CAL STATE LA

Liberals attack and reject that which condemns them the most. Although i agree with what you have said, I must remind you that Jesus said that if they would not here us, to shake the very dust from their city off our feet as a testimony against them. So many of these " enlightened" folk will stand in judgement regardless of their dis-belief. They will never understand that Gods existance is not contingent upon a belief in Him, nor is He worried about what He will do about it. In the end, they will find out how wrong they were. We know what happens to those on the left.......

Well, apparently you haven't noticed, but in the last 150 years alone, we've abolished slavery, given former slaves the right to vote, given women the right to vote, torn down segregation and established child labor laws...obviously we still have a multitude of problems, but anyone looking at the U.S. objectively would have to say the changes I mentioned are improvements, and have definitely moved in the direction of the Christian ideals of tolerance and respect for our fellow man.

Preaching about the dangers of Hell to people who do not believe in Hell is useless and futile. What people need to see, is the fruit of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost in ones life. They need to see and hear life changing testimonies, healed bodies, and answered prayers.

You need to get a life. America isn't perfect, but it isn't that bad either. And, Christianity certainly isn't a cure for what's wrong with this country. It's more like the cause of what's wrong with this country.
