It could be mispelled Italian or Spanish.
I can't figure any other language for this word but in spite I'm Italian and Spanish speaker I don't know its meaning.
Perhaps Italian "bambolina" (small/little doll, or lovely little girl/baby).
However what's sure that's not a German word....!!

In Italy we have "bambolina"is "pretty doll"
We have also "babbuina" is an animal (female) is type of monkey...(we say for no baeutifull girls )...
