aright the difference between God and Love is that God loves but not everyone loves God. God created everything that we see and he gave his son to us because we are sinners. That doesn't mean we have to love God, but if you know what God's love feels like its so much easier to tell whether or not you are in love. i have been questioning this for along time also. But all I can tell you is that God is a loving being and love comes from him, not the other way around.

Both create lives; but God also destroys and Love does not do that .This is the difference .

God is Love, as He is also Truth. But don't be fooled...today's definition of Love hardly represents what Love, as a definition of God means. Love, as God defined and Demonstrated on the cross, is a selfless giving of yourself to another. That's what Christ Jesus did, He selflessly gave Himself for us, so that through His own blood, we may not be condemned, but be reunited with the One who Loves us, since we have no way of attaining that on our own, given our sinfullness and Heaven's purity. Now that is true and pure, selfless, all giving LOVE. That's what God is!

God is a person and Love is an attribute.
God is love, the complete form of love so love cannot be god, its like (a+b+c+.......) =God that's each attribute of God. So if love=a then can you say a is god!!!!
