Same question comes in my mind also. I think God doesn't tell except that we will enjoy the eternal life in heaven. I personally think that God is using a selection process to wead out the bad and disobedient to God people to destroy them and may have some higher purpose for the good people and obedient to God to do some some higher purpose God may have planned for them in hereafter.
Life might get boring praising God and reading divine scripture day after day. May be God wants us to find unseen God and worship Him first before showing every thing in hereafter. In the absence of clear and enough knowledge we can only speculate about hereafter. And our speculations can be wrong too. But God likes who can think and use their brains. Human brain is the greatest creation of God. More we use it better it gets.

God will offer to show his image to the best of people in heaven. But everyone in heaven will live out their ultimate desires with no shame, no fear and no fault.

what happens now, increase that by what you can't even comprehend or imagine; God is even greater than that and heaven is where God is; look out in the sky until you can see the last planet, the last star , you can't , that is why even in your wildest imagination , you will still be wrong about how wonderful heaven is

Wow you must really hate your work,or are you just lazy? I for one hope there's plenty. Our "work" will become everything we have always wanted it to be,fulfilling and enjoyable.I think we'll work as much as we need to to support ourselves and the rest of the time will be spent doing anything else we want to do,provided there is no harm in it.Life will cease to be a struggle entirely.

Tea and Biscuits will be served. If you don't like tea and biscuits, shove off. You can go to American Hell, where they serve Cheeseburgers and everyone is fat and lazy.
