What is the name of this type of salary? When the worker gets each month a sum of money representing each piece of work made, the quantity he obtained? (The person is working in an organisation, not own business, home work etc)

It is as if they think that their mommy is going to come behind them and clean up their messes. I have seen staples removed with the staple left ALL over the copy area, coffee and hot chocolate spilled ALL over the kitchen counter top and even empty creamers and sugar packets lying on the counter. I am at my wits end. How do I get them to do something?

How hard is it to throw a G.D. stir stick into the trash mere inches away from where they lay?!?

....and that we are all brain washed to believe certain things. Sometimes I wonder if maybe they're right, and I see that sometimes they make a good point. Should I feel guilty for trying to be open-minded and maybe see things from other peoples point of view? Does that make me a bad person in the eyes of Christians?

Paraskavedekatriaphobia is, apparently the fear of Friday the thirteenth.
Is it rational to exclude thirteen from so many numeric sequences?
For example there is no apartment 13 in our block.
Who agrees or disagrees with this phobia - and if ypu agree with what reason?
I am alone in thinking that this fear is a load of .....................!

I hear people say that French or Estonian or Cantonese are beautiful languages, and lots of people say that German is poor sounding, is there any science to say what people find beautiful in a language?

As the question says, is it? Was Y'Shua non-judgmental when he stated that the pharisees were hypocrites, fools, blind guides, vipers, sepulchers full of dead bones, walking graves, blood of the fathers on their hands, create children of hell, etc etc. I don't think Y'Shua was advocating non-discernment or non-judging, because he spoke of the reality of the condition of one whom is pharisaic in mindset.

The difference is he had compassion on the common man, since they were doing the best under the laws of their birth. But for the Pharisaic who obstructed the way with their literalism, traditions, ritualistic ignorance, which things invoked complacency and no progression without the key of knowledge which is turning things within. To him these were the birds of the sky, those who set themselves up as teachers, when one is supposed to draw within for true education.

That's my opinion, do you think he taught non-discernment/judgment?

Why is it important to know who's son was who. Many of the characters that are listed don't even come up into scripture. Why?

Note: Please refraim from immature digs like "why does it matter it isn't true anyways" I am asking a question and I'm not looking for someone to convert me in or out of a relgion. I would appreciate if you kept your immaturity to yourself.

"Whoever believes with their hearts that Jesus is the Christ and confess it with their tongues shall enter the kingdom of heaven."

Something like that - not John 3:16, but there's another one that's more closely worded like that - in one of the Timothys perhaps?

If a person is "always saved", then logically, there is no need for judgement for that person.

But in Hebrews 9:27, Paul stated, "Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this the judgment...."

This clearly states that after a person dies, there will be a judgment and after this judgment, the person will go to either Heaven or Hell.

A person cannot be assured of his or her salvation in this life if there is to be a judgement at the end of his or her life.

I am an antagonist in a VERY Mormon community, and I can't handle people blinding dissing the LDS. (It makes me very mad!)

Yet someone can say something that diggs at the core of who I am, and I'll want to continue the conversation.

Also, all the mormons I know are very good natured about how people view their relgion. They realize it has its weird parts, and that it has a past.

Today, Mormonism is one of the relgions I admire the most. I think they have a beautiful doctorine, and powerful practices.

I do not fancy myself a future converter, for many of the same reasons people make fun of the relgion (excluding the idiots who have no idea what they are talking about- which I'm bound to get a few of in this message)

And isn't it amazing how almost every Christian basically gave an answer that differed from what the non-Christians claimed they believed? Thanks all the same, but I was under the impression that we could speak for ourselves. Or are some of you simply worried that what we say might make sense that you have to go around constructing straw men to parody?

hi guys, sorry I know this isn't R&S (even though I thought I was going to die!)....but I'm learning to drive and yesterday while driving home I lost control of the dang steering wheel and got into a fender bender with another car. I was in complete shock and this guy (thank goodness) was so nice. I dented his car bad and was crying b/c of the shock and my ego took a big hit b/c it was entirely MY fault. My brother was teaching me. I don't want to be afraid to try again, I really need my license at 31 yrs old with children. Any suggestions on how to "move on" and continue will be VERY appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Is "tolerance" really such a good thing? Websters defines tolerance as "capacity to endure pain or hardship:the capacity of the body to endure or become less responsive to a substance (as a drug) or a physiological insult especially with repeated use or exposure". So how is tolerance a good thing? If you believe you know what is right, are you being true to yourself AND your belief by being to "tolerant"? Isn't tolerance just a way of giving up?
