Pretty Paws, my dad just went to New Orleans to help rebuild some of the homes. He was so shocked by everything he saw and hated to come back home w/ people still living in such disasters. : (

Trying to figure out what I'm going to wear to work.
And the morning meeting at work. Who's idea was it to have a boring freaking meeting FIRST thing in the morning before I've had a chance to have a 2nd cup of coffee?

There is nothing I hate more than a bible-thumper standing on a street corner with a large sign and a megaphone telling me that I am going to hell.

Living with my brother who has autism. Don't get me wrong, I love my brother, don't ever want to see him hurt, and I'm so blessed to have him in my life. But as anyone who has lived with autism knows, it can be very trying at times. I just pray that God will give me the strength and patience to help him. I love my brother so much.

People who STILL have not gutted their house or taken care of the overgrown yard, or cleaned their pools of Katrina flood water. The pools of Katrina water are breeding mosquitos, the yards are breeding rats, and the moldy trashed ungutted houses are breeding crime.

Traffic, my hair, not being able to find the one item I need in the fridge, always forgetting something...
I'm glad that God can use these little irritations in my life to remind me that it's not about me, and to help me to grow more like Jesus.

You ask this on the R&S board?
edit:
No, I wasn't implying you shouldn't ask it. I was trying to say that there are innumberable sources of irritation on R&S. Sorry, re-reading that it makes me sound harsh.

Waking up and knowing that somewhere in my dark, cold bedroom a pair of eyes are trained on me; my cat's eyes. Creepy.
