What is the name of this type of salary? When the worker gets each month a sum of money representing each piece of work made, the quantity he obtained? (The person is working in an organisation, not own business, home work etc)

The name would be "piece work" and perhaps others names as well. Generally this is not a desirable form of work as the employer could either require hard to reach quotas or reject many pieces as defective (while still selling them).

Why should there be a law against being paid according to what you produce? The system (piecework) is common in factories
