I'm taking inventory of the first half of the year and counting my blessings. I'm also thinking of goals to accomplish with the rest of the year. How about you?

The question was asked ealier if a Christian can be for the choice of abortion and gay marriage. Can a Christian be for ANY SIN without compromising their beliefs? Abortion is murder, that is a sin. Homosexuality is a sin. So what is next? Should a Christian support men who like to have sex with little kids? These people are out there so don't act like I am saying crazy things here. I would ask about the whole getting drunk thing but there are probably more closet alcoholics in chruches than you could imagine. Christians have already compromised so many beliefs. It seems to me that Christians don't emphasise the importance of boys and girls to abstain from sex until marriage. Have Christians given to the safe sex for teenagers idea? Christians what do you think?

everytime i ask a question here i get these annoying, very long answers that just quote the Bible!!!! when i just want clear, straightforward answers, many times i get these long, Bible answers that dont mean anything and they dont even answer my question!!

that CAN'T prove their false promises, lies and deceptions.

Can a belief in a religion take away God's gift: Free - Will ?

Free - Will is what separate Humanity from the other lifeforms on Earth...
without Free - Will, then you're just one of the other lifeforms, right???

I have recently returned from Canada and they have a bill called the c-250 which is currently being debated in their parliament which will stop people quoting the bible in their ciritcism of homosexuality as this will be an seen as quoting hate literature and therefore a criminal offence. Do you think this is a good thing or should we just try and persuade the religious groups to accept us.

that ppl act like in all even gay relationships one has to be more feminine than other? cuz i'm bisexual and i like to dress girly every now and then and i also like to dress more like a tomboy. and i like girls who dress girlier and more tomboyish...... so why do ppl act like one has to be more feminine?

I asked the question "What do you think of the emo culture"
I talked about how I am a scene (branch of emo) how I wear tight pants, and also listen to the music.
well I got this answer back...



personally emo kinda freaks me out....id say loose the tight pants and go for something more baggy. maybe just go for a different style of clothes....u said that ur personality isn't emo so don't dress like it is...people will atomaticaly think that u r a cutter and and full blown emo. maybe cut ur hair and just dress normal....people won't judge you so harshly


Now on here standards, how does she not know that she is the un-normal one? Plz clarify for me and answer my previous emo question, not enough opionons on it.

This stupid yahoo user by name"presariomario"has been posting several rude and nasty comments about black people. Just recently he posted a topic, "is the black violence spreading into your community" when he knows very well that he's just some dumb idiot making up malicious lies about black poeple for no reason. My sister came out to me about five years ago and I'm really the only one in my family who is accepts it. My dad just kind of ignores it and doesn't really accept her relationships. My mom outright tells her she thinks it is wrong, blah blah blah. I just had a daughter and I am leaving custody of her to my sister in my will (I feel like she has all of the same values I do, and is a much stronger person, someone who will be a great influence on my daughter if anything should happen to myself and my husband.) But I feel so bad for my sister, I know I can never understand what she is going through. She recently ended her relationship with her partner (of about five years) and she keeps talking about having kids and how she doesn't think she can. She's even mentioned that she might start dating guys. I know her well, and I know this isn't her. I don't want to overstep my boundaries, so I try to encourage her and tell her she can have kids without a significant other of either sex.

I am a spiritual person, but not a religious person....my personality is anti-establishment by nature. Organized religion in my opinion is the only major obstacle people have in getting to know god.

It seems to me, that so many people have used the bible as an excuse to do everything that the bible tells them not to do. Alot of people consider the bible to be "the word of god", when in all reality it was written by humans.

How can so many people put so much faith into a religious doctrine, and consider it to be "god's word", without knowing the true origin and purpose of it's creation ? Alot of people think the bible is a single book, when in reality it is many many books with exerpts that were "cherry-picked" from different books from different religions (judaism - tora), from different time periods BC and AD...translated, revised, retranslated, revised and retranslated over and over again.

hey dears,

I was wondering a lot about your porpuse in life and how much not fair it is...

what I mean is that in your case..what's the good for being or achieving to be the best in everything in your self like in your morals or performance...??!

i don't think that if I personally had your same believes ...i would achieve to be a good person ...cause it's useless somehow...!
for example..if I had a twin sis that is really bad and doesn't think for what she is doing ..and in the other hand ..there's me who is trying to be good and not to go to the same bad road...though my sis is always the winner and she lies and do many things to make me feel and look like im the bad one in other ppl eyes like my family members...

so nothing really stopped me from being the same person as my sis but god...cause i feared god and I knew that i would have the reward from him or it would be not fair at all...!

so what's the good for being or achieving to be the best in everything for you?
