college. I have a decent job but things are not stable enough to raise a child in. My partner is not ready for a child and wants to wait. Has anyone else experienced their biological clock ticking a little too early? And how do I suppress this desire? It has gotten to be depressing.

I'm 18 and this is my first child, and it's my mom and dads first grandchild. They have been a major form of support throughout my entire pregnancy, but the way they are acting makes me think that they are going to take over as soon as my son is born because they think they'll know best. The same goes for my boyfriends parents. they already have 3 grandchildren, and his brother is very open with them and they spend a lot of time over at their grandparents house. they seem to think that i'm going to be that open. I feel otherwise. Everyone seems to be assuming that they will be able to keep him when they want to, but i want to be selfish. at least for a little while. and he probably won't be out of my sight for awhile, especially not over night. Is that wrong on my part? I'm not saying that they won't be able to see him, i will just be there too. or is everything just my imagination, and will the excitment wear off after the baby comes?

I know it doesn't make any sense. I love the man I'm with very much right now and I get constant daydreams and fleeting thoughts of being swollen and pregnant and getting pampered by him. Then I take care of the baby even when its crying its eyes out till the wee hours of the morning.
At the same time I would like to finish school (2 more years) at a 4 year college if possible. If not, I could live with that. My man and are are going to be married sometime next year and I keep telling him my desires and he told me he might end up "knocking me up". I think we're both still young (he's 25 I'm 22 in April) and maybe its just the "biological clock". We've known each other for two years.
Is this normal, should I consider planning for a family or keep my legs closed and get my degree? I've lost interest in getting a degree since it'll be in "Fine Arts" and anyone can get that.

My cycle is a little on the irregular cycle, its really annoying not to know when my periods comming...does women know anything I can do to regulate? Has anyone tried anything like herbs, any ideas at all? Not birth control pills though, I stopped that a few months ago...I'm trying to get regulated now so that I can ttc. Thanks!

I just gave birth one week ago, by way of C-sec, and I have this huge flap of skin that hangs down. I remember a little flap with my first child that went away really quickly, but this thing looks like it will never go away. I am skinny otherwise and had only gained the bare minimum that one should gain during pregnancy-25 lbs, so it's not like its a bunch of flab. Can I possibly get rid of this eventually? My husband won't say anything, but come on-it's gross! I can't afford surgery.......I would just like to hear from women who have had this.

I had my hair done by a new girl a couple weeks ago. I am 31 weeks and started to get ready for my baby. I just bought a used travel pack on craigs list. It looks brand new and of course i took off all the fabric and washed it in hot water 2x. I as the lady and she said the car seat has never been in any accidents or anything and i looked at the seat in its base and it is pretty sturdy. what other things should i look in to to make sure its safe.

I am watching an 18 month old and her teeth are just awful. She was a sever premie and I don't know if that's what has contributed to her teeth or lack of care. Should I mention it to her parents or not say anything because it's not like she's my child? Her teeth are yellow and if you tap them with the spoon on accident she squeals in pain and won't finish eating.

Out of the kindness of my heart I decided to be my sister's surrogate. I have a son and he's six months old and a husband so really and truely I've got 2 children at home. I'm 3 months pregnant and she doesn't want the baby. We discussed me being her surrogate for quite sometime before I actually did it, because I know my sister, but I honestly didn't think she'd do this. What do I need to do as far as she is concerned because technically I'm carrying my neice/nephew and I'm not going to hide the fact that I'm not his/her mother.
