I just found out that I am pregant..I havent told anyone yet mainly because my boyfirend is in Iraq..Yes, the child is his. He came home from Iraq for leave and within thoose two weeks I got pregnant. I drank while he was home and I drank when he left. Now I just found out that I am Pregant..So how much could the drinking affect the baby. I am not sure if I am keeping the baby yet, or how he will even take the news. We love each other, but I am not to sure I can do this all alone. It will be my frist child and his. He will be back from Iraq in nine months. So he would miss the entire pregancy and maybe even the birth. I am not scared to tell my parents. I just want him to be well the first one to know. I am very confussed..It doesnt help that we are young I am 19, I'll be 20 in dec and he is 21..

Even our bedroom is frequently visited by his family members and he doesn't wants to close the door expect when I'm breastfeeding my baby. They involve our life too much and always tell us to do this, do that even with my daughter. He say nothing but wanted me to listen to them. Told me he'll never move out, want to stay with them forever to help and take care of them. His dad 53 mom 46 and they're both working and also his sis. I'm dying for my privacy. I've been thinking about moving out but my daughter will be with one parent. how am i stand on my feet seeing my daughter without her dad?

That is, I heard someone asked about his children, and he answered "I have three step kids and one of my own". I know exactly what he meant, but there's probably a better way of putting it. Biological child- bit cold and scientific. Actual child, real child... can sound like favouritism. Any recommendations?

My daughter is breastfed..and I am currently weaning her.
Can you start giving cow's milk as soon as they turn one
or do you have to go to the doc first?

It seems my husband can't seem to get anything right. I feel like I tell him the same thing ten times, like he cannot keep up with all the changes I want to make or the changes that I am going through. He is so assertive! I tried to ask his opinion on things months ago and he did not seem that interested. Now that I have planned to decorate and do things my way, he feels like contributing, but only his dissatisfaction with the way I am handling things.
He will let me eat a Big Mac and fries, but I can't have chocolate. He wants the crib in a certain direction and the boy MUST have his name. I feel like I am losing more and more control over this pregnancy every day because of his bullheadedness when I am the one sacrificing my body, my sanity, and I am trying to write an honors thesis (that I also have to defend in March) and I'm taking off the next semester to stay home with the baby. His demands and complacency are driving me mad! How do I stay sane and not ruin my marriage?

With all the advances we have in modern medicine...I am truly suprised that nobody has thought of this until now.

My wife is going to school and will graduate from college...ONLINE

I pay all my bills and conduct banking...ONLINE

I can diagnose my own medical conditions and order medicine...ONLINE

With the alarming rate of teenage pregnancies combined with the normal rate of birth in this country online pregnancy tests are the way to go.

All someone would need to do is login to a website, enter their credit card info and answer a few simple questions and the site will immedietly tell them if they are pregnant or not!!!

Computers have amazing powers and I feel this is a money making idea ready to happen...what does everyone else think???

I'm pregnant with my 4th son. My sons are 13,12,12. I am due on Frebruary 1. My sons aren't so happy. They realized it's not even a month until I have my baby. My friend had a baby last month, and her kids are about the same age as mine, they were so excited! I look at them they are all smiling, and they were so excited to see there baby sister. Now I look at my sons, They arent very thrilled. They dont smile as much. One of my 12 year olds put alot of thought into the bad things that can happen with a baby brother. My 13 year old dosnt like big changes. it takes him a while to get used to big changes. He is also used to being the center of attention. If he dosn't get the attention he wants. He gets mad. My friend says every child acts different to there baby sibling. I dont know if thats the only thing bothering him. I hope my kids will like there baby brother. Well to bad because they are going to have to get used to it! Will they get better? I dont want them to hate the baby!

Hey guys, I have just had a baby and i have enjoed looking on the net for pictures of and information about the feotol progress through the many weeks of my pregnency. I have however come across abortion sites by accident on my search for the developing feotes scans, and ..........................whoa. What a shock to the system that was. I can say i found the photos very disturbing none to say the least. And i guess it was all courosity killed the cat so i read how different abortions are performed and some of them just seem to be plain outright murder!!!!! (for eg inducing labour on a 23-38 week pregnency and then just letting the bub starve to death after the birth, or dismembering the arms n legs of the feotus or crushing the skull and then sucking the brains out) I come from australia and i dont think that those kind of abortions are leagal here, but it still seems very disturbing and it rips my heart out to think of it.
sorry to drag on but i just have to see what othrs think

i had a miscarriage in 2002 i was still losing the baby after 3 days and the pain was unbearable my doctor booked my in for a scrape, i did at the time wonder why he had been reluctant to do this, in 2004 i was in for an elective ceasearean and on thumbing through my notes to pass the time i noticed that my previous pregnancy had been twins, i feel guilty now as i might have lost one and aborted the other with the scrape, was my doctor supposed to tell me that i was expecting twins , the scan was a very early scan as i had had a fall at about 6 weeks and there was two sacs showing on the scan, i feel absolutely sick this is really hurting me not knowing, am not sure about asking my doctor about it now as it was quite a while ago he might think ive lost it or he will think im after some sort of claim

My 9 month old son is not a big fan of "people food" unless it's shredded beef, chicken or turkey. He's only 17 lbs 13 oz at 9 months old and I want him to gain some weight. He's active and almost never gets sick, but he only wants formula, 2nd foods, and those little gerber puffs. I've tried the diced fruits and veggies and he spits them out. He's tried things like mac n cheese and grilled cheese and liked them the first time, but won't eat them a second time. What can I do to get him to eat more table foods? He wil be 10 months old soon and I don't want him to end up a year old and still wanting baby food.

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second child, i already have a 17 month old boy called Levi Sabian (these are his first and middle names, not first and surname). I would love a little girl but need some names for both possibilites! I love Anya and Hazel but can you help me out with some more please? I dont like names that are too traditional as they are boring, nothing too heard of and nothing just odd, like tree or something lol :)

How do I go about this. We both want children, I would like one now but he wants to wait a year or two to even start trying. I don't think he understands that we won't have one tomarrow and that it takes like a year. But he told me this past summer he wanted to wait til the fall (oct) but now it Jan. and we haven't even started trying. He keeps saying in a couple months, over and over. But really it's past a couple. Is there any way to get him ready or even willing to start trying???
