Friend had period on thursday daytime, had sex thursday night. Preiod gone friday morning. Can she be pregnant???

She can take a test in just over two weeks. If its negative though, she should re-take it in another two weeks just to be sure.

Are you kidding......just because a woman has her period does not exclude the possibility of conceiving a child.....rythm method went sour years ago....with all the literature out there you should know that there is no full proof method.
