Use you infant as an exercise machine!!, I'm a stay at home dad who has gain some (holiday.. ya that's it) weight. I've been using my son as a weight for lifting, and he loves bouncing in my arms when i hold him and job in one spot listening to his kiddy music. Their are all sorts of neat things you can do together that will tire you out fast and help loose some of those un wanted pounds. Good Luck!!!

Give your self some time. It took me 9 months to loose alot of the weight and i still weigh ten more pounds than i did before i was pregnant. It took 9 months to gain that weight it will take around that time for your body to go back. So enjoy your baby. I found out though that The Firm works really good!!!!

Take a very close look at what you eat, and your exercise routine. You are probably eating the wrong stuff, and not getting the exercise you need. Don't use the baby and your child's' needs of your time as an excuse to not eat right, and to avoid exercising.

Don't use breastfeeding as an excuse to eat everything you see. Make sure you drink no soda, eat well and get moving. Go walking 30 minutes per day.

With my two children, after birth I get thyroid problems, In my case I get hyperthyroidism and lose WAY too much weight (I look unhealthy) but in your case, you could have hypothyroidism... sometimes having a baby really messes with things like your thyroid, mention it to your doctor and he may want to check you. HTH

I have about five times that amount to get rid of quit complaining. Exercise and I am sure it will come right off. I have a much longer harder road than you how do you think I feel.
