I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second child, i already have a 17 month old boy called Levi Sabian (these are his first and middle names, not first and surname). I would love a little girl but need some names for both possibilites! I love Anya and Hazel but can you help me out with some more please? I dont like names that are too traditional as they are boring, nothing too heard of and nothing just odd, like tree or something lol :)

OK....unusual but cute you say...?
and yet i see people suggesting names like Megan (common!) Desmond (wtf?) and Dierdre (dull!)

Here are my suggestions...
for a boy:
Isaiah, Rufus, Theo, Caius (ki-yus), Kane, Gabriel, Gil, Cole
for a girl:
Rae, Violet, Libby, Lila, Harri, Danan, Clea, Willow, Lana/Luana
for a boy or girl:
Ryder, Pepper, Jules/Jools, Flynn or Finn, Kinndi, Luca, Red.

Please don't pick a name that will sound daft in a few years when the name goes out of fashion..remember your littl'un has to live with it!
Good luck with the pregnancy, hope all goes well for you :-)

I love the name Anya. That was one of the only names I liked for a girl when I was pregnant with my son.

I had Avalee on my list for my twins, but hubby said no. :(

Here are some other not so common names

Cadee
Lindy
Ellory
Emmery
Eden (We used "e's" for our twins lol)
Shae
Sienna
Alora
Isla
Isela

I really like Reuben for a boy - it means "Behold a son"
I know someone who had twin girls named Anya and Ava, which I thought was pretty cute. I like Coral or Pearl as well, but my husband said they are old ladies names!!
Choose what you really like and don't worry what everyone else said - it's a very personal thing.
Good luck!

Apparently naming your child after elements from mother nature will bring them her protection in life and bless them with her best gifts, ie good looks and health etc........an old celtic belief.
