I've read quite a few opionions on this subject, and every single one seems to be negative. I have active 1 year twins, one who is walking and one who's not quite there yet. They don't mind the stroller most of the time, but when we're at the park or a similar place, my walker wants to walk.. which is a good thing, except that when he runs I have to chase him. I can't carry my non-walker while chasing the walker, so this means I have to either leave her sitting on a blanket and hope no one walks by and snatches her while I'm chasing the other one, or it means I'll carry her and may not be fast enough to catch the walker before he hits a danger zone. While I'm not overly interested in whether or not I get dirty looks, I'd like a solution that's not going to make my fellow mothers assume I must be a horrible mother. Plus I'm starting to wonder what I'm going to do when they're both walking and take off in opposite directions? It's bound to happen no matter how carefully I watch & hold.

My daughter is 12 months old and wakes up about every 2 hours through the night to nurse. Weaning is not an option right now. Has anyone had success getting their nursing baby to sleep through the night, or at least wake up less? What worked for you. Thanks

I've been breastfeeding almost exclusivey, but supplementing with about 4 oz. of forumla in a bottle since birth. Lately, my baby has been rejecting the bottle all together and only wants the breast. I'm going back to work in a couple of week. Any ideas on how to get her to take the bottle again?

I have tried swaddling him and building a padded 'wall' to keep him from rolling over. I have tried just laying him there and warming the crib before putting him in it. The only other place he will sleep is in bed with my husband and me. That scares me because I am afraid I would accidentally roll on him. I have a co sleeper but we only have a full size bed so there isn't any space....leaving us with the crib.....any ideas?

I am a mom of 4 and I have never seen this . I just took my youngest daughter to the doctors ( 10 months old ) They said she has a double ear infection and it is going into her nose. Her nose was really congested. So they told me to use saline drops and use a bulb syring to suck it out.So I did. I got some mucas out but after that it was all blood. Is this common ?

He is large for his age, but not overweight. He's about 27 lbs and can walk along furniture easy. He's been walking along the walls for 5 months, and he can stand alone too, and we encourage him to no end, but he doesnt even seem to have the desire! I'm 5 months pregnant and am beginning to struggle to carry him, so I NEED him to learn and get past the awkward stage of toddling hopefully before the new baby comes because I dont think I could carry both! Any ideas please!

my six week old son rarely smiles. I play with him and talk to him all the time. Is he just grumpy or still trying to get used to the whole smile thing? What are some good play ideas to do with a child of this age?

My daughter has just started sleeping on her tummy and we are having leakage every morning. I could try a bigger diaper but she just moved into size 2 2 weeks ago. I have been using Swaddlers at night.
What do people recommend: Huggies overnight? bigger diaper? Baby dry? Crusiers? Diaper covers?
Please help. Thanks.

My cousin is having a baby in april and I am throwing her a baby shower. The sex is unknown, so what ideas do you have for a fun creative baby shower. I have already chosen the main color of the shower which will be a custard yellow with hints of sage green, baby pink and periwinkle blue. Any ideas for games, food, favors, decor, etc, will be welcomed. Oh and wording of the invite since the sex is unknown.
