my daughter who is going to be 3 months next week, uses 5 to 6 diapers in 24 hours. anyone the same?

Everytime I feed my baby I check her and change her. Usually I go through 7 to 9 a day. She eats every 4 hours and their might be some bowel movements inbetween.

And people wonder why their kids stay with diaper rash. Pissy diapers cause diaper rash. 3 hours...are you crazy? You have a daughter...believe it or not, infant girls can get yeast infections. I didn't know this until my daughter got one. She's 18 months now, so I'm changing her less because I'm potty training. The older she gets the more toxic her urine is going to be. Thats why they make that big ol box of Huggies. Its like 108 diapers in there. That lasted me 2 weeks changing her 7-9 times a day.

That sounds about right however I remember the days of a diaper an hour.

My daughter is going although approximately 10-12 pampers an afternoon. What are nappies? Is that uk for diapers? Nappies is a humorous be conscious. looks like the US be conscious for Napkins that's tottally different then diapers.

actually some people will change there child after the get the slightest bit wet so that could mean they would go through even more. I think if you change the child about every 3 hours then they stay dry enough.

Thats seems correct, I always change my little one even if there is a tiny bit of urine, just becuase I want her to be clean. It may burn the pocket a little now, but it makes me feel better than letting her sit in anything for any period of time. I believe that I use about 6.

I usually change my little girl 5-6 times as well. Just before feeding time. I don't see the point in waking her up to change her bum. They'll let you know when it needs to be changed.

with the boys i went through 5-10 depending on how much they ate etc. i've never been one for letting my kids sit in urine, that's just neglect in my eyes. 5-6 is fine don't worry :) if she had less then i'd worry
