Yes I just joined one about a week ago and I love it. Wish I would have looked into it sooner. I have met a lot of good people and have one person that doesn't live that far away from me and sometimes we just hang out just the 2 of us or talk on the phone. It's hard beng a SAHM and it helps to meet other people in your situation. Plus my son gets the interaction too! I love being able to get out of the house!!

I am just now finally joining mommy groups. My twins are 2 1/2 years old and i wanted to make sure they got use to playing with other kids, and not just each other. So far they have been wonderful. I get to talk to other moms, and the kids get to run and around and play. We usually have ours at places like Mcdonalds where the kids can run around in the toy areas, and we can all sit and socialize. Seems to be good for me and my kids. I think its a great way to meet people.

yes I'm on the leadership board of one in the Phoenix, AZ area. I really enjoy it! I've met a lot of other nice moms, plus my son and I have stuff to do all the time. If not, we'd be sitting around the house all day.

I would go nuts without my moms club. I love the adult interaction (I'm a stay at home mom) and my son, being an only child 9at least until May) loves the interaction with the other children.
