What's the difference between the vaccines taken trough the mouth and the shots? I have a 5 months old and my pediatrician has the shots only.
But I have friends that say their babies are given the vaccines trough the mouth (not all the vaccines, but some). I always feel bad for my baby when they give him the shot...
How your baby gets his/her vaccines?

I am completing his baby record book and it has a page to take his foot and hand prints. I would prefer natural products - just wondering what other people may have used to do this?

I'd love to go back to the congregational meetings that I used to attend before the baby was born. But these meetings are at 7:30 - 8:30 pm, and my baby HAS to be in bed at around 8 - 8:30 pm, otherwise she gets very cranky.
I don't want to mess up my baby's sleep, she's a very good sleeper so long as we are home in the evening, play, eat dinner, give her a bath, a bottle... If I don't do all of that, it messes up her routine and she won't go to sleep ( I already posted a question about this)
What's the best way to get her adjusted to a later bedtime? And more importantly, do you think that I should even try to change her bedtime to (maybe) 9:30? Or is this TOO late for a 10 month old?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks very much for taking the time to read my question!

My 3 month old gets sleepy 1 to 1 1/2 hours after waking up from naps or after waking up in the morning. Is it normal for him to get tired so quickly? I put him in his crib 1 1/2 hours after he wakes up and he gets to sleep pretty easily. He sleeps at night from 7pm to 6 am (he wakes up once for a feeding) and his naps range anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, so most days he has 4 naps. Should i try keeping him up 2 hours between naps even though he is tired enough to fall asleep every 1 1/2 hours? Is he lethargic enough where i should talk to his doctor or is this normal? Is this a symptom of being sick or not getting enough food? He eats about 5 oz every 2 1/2 to 4 hours so i don't think he's not getting enough food. He seems ok in all other fronts except he's been a little constipated this last week :(

My baby girl will be 1 month tomarrow. And she drinks about every 3, 4 and sometimes 5 hours, and when she drinks she will drink 3-4 ounces. But for the past 5 days, at night time she will scream and scream after i feed her for like 3 hours until i feed her next, and it usually always happens around 2 am. Does this mean that she should be drinking more at night or something? How much did your babies drink when they were 1 month old?

I really like the name Jett-Patrick, but my husband does not. I need another name to go with Jett. The baby will be called by both names, not just Jett. I can't think of anything that flows well. Please help.......

I'm glad my baby's lips haven't ever touched a bottle. Just one more reason to breastfeed!
