My stepmother was 37 when my brother was born, and my Dad was 52!!! My son is older than my brother. Still feel weird? If you are wondering if you will be able to start over, the answer is yes. Having a baby later in life can be a wonderful experience. You appreciate them more and they keep you young!!! Lots of people do it, remember the 30's are the new 20's!!! Congratulations and have fun!!

I am currently 27 and have 2 younger brothers (one is 13 and the other is 7). Although I was shocked when my mom told me she was pregnant, I could not imagine my life without these 2 special guys! Hope your kids will feel the same about the new baby!

My sister is 9 years older than me then I have a brother 2 years younger and another brother that is 6 years younger. There's a 15 year age different between my older sister and youngest brother. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's a lot more common than you think.

My father was! When I was first born my older brother was 12, and then along came my younger brother when my older one was 16. Personally, it worked out great, I rarely ever fought with my older brother, but all the time with the younger one, although we're all close now. Good luck and enjoy it!

Welcome to the world of being mistaken for your child's grandparent! We were 39 and 43 when our third child was born. We enjoyed him more than we had the two who are 10 years older than he, and we had willing built-in babysitters. He was a lot of fun to finish raising after we retired!
My brother was 18 when I was born, and my cousin was 23 and a mother of two when her little brother was born, so it's a family tradition. The generations get a bit blurred, but we all get along great!

My youngest is 12 years younger than my oldest. He's the best of the bunch. I was more mature and understood kids much better by the time he was born. I have a relationship with all my 3 kids but the youngest is the best. Go for it. Good luck.
