I am having difficulty trusting other people (family....my mum, sister etc...) to mind my 9 month old daughter. I stress out that they are not going to watch her properly and not give her the right foods etc..... Has anyone else been through this? Is this something that you eventually get over? My mum keeps wanting to babysit her and I keep making excuses. I don't want to hurt her feelings and tell her the real reason is trust and I am freaking out about it. Should I force myself to do it? Or should I wait until I feel comfortable? I am afraid that I might never feel comfotable having someone else watch her. Please - any advice, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

My son is 10 weeks old. His weight has been decreasingsince he gained his birth weight back. At 1st he was gaining 23 g a day, then it was 18 g and now it is less than 10 g a day. He's content after every feeding which are every 2 hours. Sometimes I don't ever stop BF
Doctor had suggested supplementing. When I tried to give him a bottle he had projectile vomitting. I realize formula is hard on there system and I would prefer to breastfeed exclusively but no matter what I do I can't seem to get his weightgain up.
Woulg combining the watery foremilk with a bit of formula be bad?was thinking of trying to do that twice a day and only giving him 2-3ounces.. the rest being only breastmilk(if he's still hungry)
and every other 2 hour feeding be breast.

Some peoplesaid its an overactive let-down.. I'm not sure.He doesn't choke at the breast and he doesn't refuse comfort feedings. He is VERY gassy and his poos sound explosive.. 2 weeks ago they were green but are normal now.it's not dairy

I don't understand, it costs like about $20 a week for me and I would assume it's the same for most other people. Feeding your child for $20 is cheap! It ends up being like only $.60 a bottle!

My 7 month old son has diaper rash...I know the best remedy is to let him go without a diaper to air out the rash. I don't like using any of the creams(desitin, balmex...)...I've heard Milk of Magnesia helps? Any other suggestions?

He is 2.5 mos, approx. 13lbs. and about two feet long. I know some moms would put their babies in at 3 months depending on whether they could hold their heads up or not. Aiden has been holding his head up since birth and it's pretty sturdy now, and he has very strong legs and likes to be held in the standing position. I don't want to push him, but I don't want to keep him laying or sitting in his swing when he could be developing his ability to walk..

What are your ideas?

best gets 10.

My daughter is always having a stuffy nose. She's only 6 weeks old and Its hard for her to feed because of her nose. I've tried the nasal aspirator to get it out but I think the mucus is too dry to get it out. I've also tried the Little Noses- saline drops but that only helps a little bit. What can do use or do to remove the "boogers"

My daughter's crib doesn't have slats on the back panel...it's just a board...this prevents us from using a crib bumper cause there is no place to tie it. I didn't think this would be a big deal but she is now 3 1/2 months old and scoots herself all the way up and hits her head every single time she is in there...it hurts obviously b/c she cries and today it even made her head red. What can I do about this...I;m not comfortable with loose blankets b/c she's a grabber and they'll end up over her face.

Or would she have to file a petition to change a name or birthcertificate? She doesn't like the idea of the name and frankly ABean INA Jar is a good name and in time she will appreciate it. Imagine - Mr. President ABean Ina Jar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
