If you are not breastfeeding then cut down on how much you eat. I barely have time to eat and so when I get two meals a day im doing good. I have lost over ten lbs on top of the other 28 lbs that came off when i first gave birth. I eat less and exercize more. All my pants that were to tight a month and a half ago are now all to lose. It works.

The fastest way to loose belly fat that i know of (from experience) is to cut calorie to 1,000 a day and every day lay on your back with your arms stretched out so that you palms ar at you knees (bring you feet to your butt so your knees are bent ovcourse). Rock your arms up and down really fast and if you want an all tummy work out do the same thing with your legs striaght up in the air and bring your legs to your face (not all the way ofcourse) and then back up. I promise belly buldge will be gone in 3 weeks max and you can still cheat every so often and it dosen't matter what the 1,000 calories comes for. If you have more then say 6-8 inches to loose it'll be even less time. I hope i helped.

Eat healthy, exercise when your doctor says it's ok and breastfeed if you can. My theory is, for most women, it took 9 months to put on the weight and I'll take 9 months to completely loose it. That's what happened with my two pregnancies.

Just know that you can loose all the weight, but your waist may stay a little thick. Learn some good ab techniques to concur this issue. FYI... pilates are great for post-pregnancy weight. Good luck!

Breastfeed exclusively. Breastfeeding causes your uterus to contract back down to it's original size. My uterus was back down within 2 weeks. Breastfeeding also uses up your extra calories to get rid of that excess fat.. do not diet though! You need 1500-1800 calories daily. If you're not eating properly it's best you continue to take your prenatal vitamin as well.

Breastfeed,

I had a baby two weeks ago and have been breastfeeding and my stomach is almost flat again! Breastfeeding helps your uterus return to its normal size and is best for your baby too.

Breast Feeding can help you lose the weight fast because it causes your uterus to contract. Other than that, you just have to eat healthy and exercise. Good luck, congrats and Merry Christmas!

Breast feed and donot walk around bare footed, and avoid cool drafts, like after you shower.. dont walk around too much with wet hair.. its an old wise tale that too much work and cold drafts with make u "inflated". so good luck with that..
