i think you meant unbearable? thats not true, women have been giving birth for many many years. Its what makes us a "woman" Theres nothing to compare labor too, all's i can tell you is people always think its going to be the worse thing ever and usually after giving birth you hear them saying it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Thats because we always prepare ourselves for the worse. When your having a contraction you breath through it, it only lasts a breif min or two and then its gone. When its time to push and the dr gives you the okay it actually feels GOOD to push lol yea crazy i know, but its the truth! You push when you are having a contraction and it feels good, and then you rest. Make sure you have a cold washcloth on your head. I loved that, or a fan next to you. But when the baby is out. All of the sudden you get real cold lol so have a blanket ready too. Your baby in the end will all be worth it!
Ive had two natural births with no pain meds and 13 weeks pregnant with number 3 and plan NO meds :)

I have a friend that is a physician, and he says that the only thing that labor pain is somewhat associated with is passing kidney stones. I would not know about the kidney stones, but I have had 2 babies, and it HURTS TOO MUCH! Isn't it obvious why it is so unbearable? There is something the size of a large grapefruit trying to pass through something the size of a walnut! You do the math! God Bless all us woman who choose to do it again. Actually the pain goes away so soon after the birth and once you see your baby, you realize how it was really worth it!

hi. Having had the two a Cesare and a common delivery i will incredibly say that the ceser replaced into much less tolling on me. confident every1 say's it incredibly is like era discomfort yet u have 2 bear in suggestions that every1's era discomfort is distinctive to boot. My hard artwork pains all started in my larger thighs. in simple terms bear in suggestions that the midwife or physician (whichever way u pass) is there 2 help. Ask a super type of questions and don't sense like ur a failure if u do no longer pass completely discomfort alleviation loose. it incredibly is there 2 use so take it if u opt for it. yet generally do no longer hear 2 different ppls horror hard artwork memories. there is often some1 available prepared 2 tell all the undesirable stuff yet under no circumstances many that tell u the good. confident labour hurts. confident the discomfort sticks in ur reminiscence yet that's y a womans discomfort threshold is plenty larger than a mans. it incredibly is natually that way which will take care of childbirth. good luck i'm hoping each little thing is going o.k. 4 u.

For me it was a severe back pain which gripped my whole body. I had a natural childbirth with no pain releif (other than a few half hearted puffs of gas and air)
The only thing that makes it easier to bear is that it comes in waves and you know you'll get a pain free break in between the contractions.

Have you ever had diarrhea pains??
Go eat a box of laxatives and the pain you feel when you have to go diarrhea, times that by 10 and you have a little understanding of what labor pain feels like.
You think your going to die. NO matter what you do, change positions, walk, lay down, no matter what, the pain won't go away.

There is nothing to compare it too. It extemely painful and you feel like your going to die. Even though I felt like that I have had all 3 of my boys naturally. It is the absolute worst thing I have ever felt. I hear the closest thing to compare it too is kidney stones..but I have never had those, so I dont know about that either.

I had n break between conractions because I had a drip to enduce me. However, I didn't feel any pain only backache - no period pains at all or pain any where else. It was only once I had the epidural (between my twins) that I realised how uncomfortable I had been. I would be very happy to go through it again - I found the pregnancy more uncomfortable.

It wasn't unbearable for me. I was in labour for 23 hours with no pain relief & yeah it was exhausting and painful, but the end result more than makes up for it!
It was nothing like I expected it to be, I always imagined it would be much worse. I would do it again in a heartbeat! & plan to in the future! :)

I don't know about "unbearable." But it's definitely not something you'd recommend or rush right out and do again...
It felt like being constipated to me...You push and push and nothing seems to happen, and the nurses all invade your privacy and tell you everything is fine when you know it isn't. And then you have the biggest, most rewarding little poop at the end.

This is the 21st century...An epidural and you are good to go...I had both of mine naturally. The doctor wouldn't give me anything the first time and the 2nd I just opted to go natural..that was 28,32 years ago, it was more of a big deal to go natural. It's unbearable, because of the stretching and cramping , unbearable is kind of a strong word, if it were that bad, we wouldn't go back a second, third, etc. time,,,would we?
