Thank you all for your awnsers...yes there is liquid concentrate where you add fifty percent water fifty percent formula..or else there is powdered which was a huge pain and more expensive so I switched, and then there is ready made.

I've never even seen formula concentrate, I thought they only sold powder and ready to feed.

The water would help flush the concentrated formula from the digestive system. It is still liquid but might cause constipation. If the baby gets constipation for more than 3 days, call the dr back. Otherwise she should be ok.

I have never hear of concentrate formula ether. However my b/f fed my newborn step 2 formula. He drank like 6oz of it and After I gave the baby water to drink to break it up in his stomach a little bit. You may see a lot of spit up in the next few hours, but yes do as your doc told. (use bottled water if you can)

Well, I've never had this problem as I breastfeed but I would not think that this is toxic or anything like this. Your baby will probably just have a big stomachache or little stomachache at the least. I would listen to your doctor and push water. Or offer generously.

Are you sure it was concentrate, read the directions on the container, it might say DO NOT ADD WATER and then that means its not concentrate.
