Pregnancy & Parenting - 19 December 2007

Okay, so i got my period last month a week after i had sex, an havent had sex ssince(long distance raltionship)i took 2 tests prior to 12/14/07. I started spotting exactly 1 week before i was suppopsed to start my placebo pill. 12/14/07 is when i had surgery, unrelated, and they took a pt, and it came back neg. i was put on pain killers and antibiotics. i started my placebo time on pill, b/c no one directed me otherwise. when i started my placebo, it was heavier then the spotting, but still not like a regular period. Also, my "period" i have had crampsToday, which will be the 4th day of my placebo pill, is is lighter than ever. My question is, is there a possibility i could still be pregnant? OR is it from all the mediction. I took all the antibiotics and that was yesterday morning or the night before, and stopped taking the pain killers yesterday morning about 9 b/c it was making me too sick, and i could run errands. Today, i think i am waking up with migraine. What do you think??

I had my sons' annual physical on Monday and his lead level is great. (<2.4) I understand that any level <10 mcg/dL is what we aim for...my question is; Is lead found in the the bloodstream naturally at all? Like Iron is; what I'm getting at is...we have iron in our blood, but too much will pose as a health risk. So, is lead found naturally and just too much is a hazard or it shouldn't be there at all? I am guesstimating that it shouldn't be there at all...but I want to know for sure. And if in fact its not supposed to be in our system naturally....then my son had been in contact with some form of lead in some way (some small way....but in contact with it none the less). I'm not concerned with his level at all because its so very low, but I would like to keep an eye on what has given him a raise in levels (other than 0)...this world today! So many things to worry about now...its pathetic!

Monday night she texted me and told me she cut herself and that she was really upset, she asked me to get on msn that night and i said i would. I also said "well jeez that was real smart" when she told me. I didn't get on msn that night and I didn't get on till about 11:30p.m last night. Her display message was "sick of always f*cking waiting around* with a broken heart as her pic. She's grounded right now, thats why we can't actaully be together. I don't think I did anything wrong, but she won't even talk to me. Did I do something wrong? What did I do?

It's always seemed very easy to name my other children. For some reason we can not agree on any of names this time. My other kids are named:

Cody Elijah
Micaela Grace
Mallory Sue

They all have some kind of meaning either biblical or a family name. We found out we are having another girl. Some of the names we kinda agree on are :
Audrey Cole (My fav, but shot down very quickly
Brooke (but I can not think of a middle name for my life!)
Chloe
Lanye
Katie or Katilyn

Nicole is in the running for middle name it's my middle name and Cole is a family name.

I think a name that is a little more boyish or a very feminine name with a boyish middle name or the other way around would be good......but any suggestions would be great!

I'm thinking of getting pregnant in the near future--sorry I won't the kids but not the husband--and I have an idea of what I want to name my kids, but people just look at me crazy when I share them.

First of all, my name, Special, is uncommon, so I would like for my children to have the same legacy. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with people that have common names, but I'm just not a mainstream or trendy person. I like to be creative in all that I do...so I see no reason why I shouldn't carry this on into to child-rearing. ***I know that some of you will not agree with my line of thinking, but it's okay. We're all entitled to our OWN way of thinking.***

What month did you conceive?

The reason I am asking this is, I went on a website to predict the sex. I had to put in my age, and the month I conceived. It predicted a girl.... So I tried it with every month of the year, and it only said boy for two out of twelve months...

How can they predict the sex by only asking my age, and conception month..? I know it's just an online test, but I've had three girls and I really, really want a boy this time!!!!!! So I was curious what month you conceived your'e boy.!! Thanks for your time! :0)

I am just looking for other's opinions on this. My personal opinion is that her parents have not done a great job of raising their kids! I know this sounds cruel, but look at what a train wreck Britney is - I think she could have used some better guidance from her family - and now Jamie Lynn - who is ONLY 16 for Pete's sake! - is pregnant. How about hushing something like that up? I don't think 16 year olds should see how this is "big news" and it shouldn't be glamorized!

Adriana (I love Ariana but my cousin named her child that)--I prefer it with the short a sound in the beginning (how it's pronounced in Spanish), but I know everyone else reads it with the long.

I am watching a kid that his parents are going to take him out of pre-k because he gets sent home a lot. The problem is, he isn't THAT bad, but he does talk a lot and you have to catch his attention sometimes to get him to listen. They send him home when he misbehaves but they don't put him in a corner ot time-out. I went to time-out quite a few times in preschool and kindergarten, and I hardly ever acted up. I'm beginning to think he has acted up on purpose so he can go to my house and play with my son. He is so excited when he sees me. What do you think? Shouldn't a teacher utilize the corners in their classroom?

i'm now 3 days late for my period. Yesterday I experienced light brown & pink spotting which disappeared overnight.

I have OnTIME cycles each month. Every 24 days. Its now been 27 days which is the 1st time.

I don't have any cramps at all. No bloated feeling.
I do have lower back & side aches, swollen itchy breasts & light headaches here & there but thats it. I dont feel like I usually do when i get my period.

so im 3 days late, no cramps, & little spotting yesterday & i feel quite normal. Never been late before EVER.

My stomach keeps growling like i'm hungry. Kind of has that empty feeling when u haven't eaten all day.

Ive only been trying to conceive for 3 months or so. It hasnt been that long. I used to stress myself out over it too much so I decided to take it easy & give it a break for a month. I had intercourse again this month on the right days but didnt overwhelm myself with stress over it. Should I test now? or is it 2 soon? I dont wanna be disappointed again. 16 dpo
