I am getting my little girl a doll stroller for Christmas, and Grandma is getting a doll. She loves to carry a stuffed animal around in a blanket, so I was thinking of making a cradle (with wood) for her. Do you think this is something a one year old will like?

My boy couldnt care less about stuffed animals, so I wondered if girls care more or if this is too old for her.

She loves to push the stroller around at the day care while I exercise, so I thought she would like that!

In most baby name sites and books, the pronouciation is listed as LEE-a. But, the Leah I know, and a local TV personality named Leah both pronouce it as LAY-a.

Could both pronouciations work? And which one do you prefer? I personally like LAY-a, because that's the one I'm familiar with.

my baby is 18 days old and she has really bad trapped wind, i have changed her food to the milupa easy digest one and it seems to be a bit better but she still has bad wind i have been advised to use the infacol drops but unsure what to do has anyone used them or can you give any other advice?!

Okay, I have been contemplating this for the past couple of weeks.
It started around 2 weeks ago, I went to bed and had some sharp pains in my lower abdomen that shot down towards my pelvic region.
Then as time progressed I have been having mild cramps, fatigue, nausea w/o vomiting, been very emotional, lower back pain, and leg cramps. Although, my breasts haven't been sore. I've got bright blue veins showing in one, and in the same one the aerola seems a little darker. I've taken a HPT and it came back negative. I'm supposed to start my period tomorrow, but don't have any of the normal signs I usually do.

So, could these be signs of pregnancy? I'm really confused, I'd appreciate if someone could help.

them yet because she hasn't stared at them in amazement. I think its possible that she could discover them without doing that, but how do I know if she has dicovered her hands and feet, or if sucking on her hands and grabing her feet is an uncounciouse thing.

I'm not a devout Catholic or anything, but what's happened to all the good old fashioned, popular, nice names? Some people now should be ashamed of the crap they named their children. I miss names like Mary, Elizabeth, Jane, Daniel, David, etc.

I dont know what is going on, I have been nauseous for the past week and actually threw up once, under my belly button is kind of sticking out like I am bloated, im tired all the time and I have minimal amounts of the brown blood coming out since last friday but I am on the pill and it is not my time of the month. im 10 weeks and i wonder if its bad to climb into my truck..
im 5'1 a little over weight and pregnant, i drive a dodge ram 1500 truck so i have to grab the bar and pull myself into the cab could this be bad for the baby..
my hubby and i are planning on trading it in but until then can it harm the baby?

For the babies that take alimentum or neocate formula, how did your baby tolerate rice cereal? My daughter is now 4 months old and the doctor said we can start or wait til 6 months we both agreed it wuold be best to wait 6 months since she has such a sensitive stomach but I am just curious as to how your son/daughter did? My doctor said sometimes not always but sometimes even though the baby has a hard time with the formula they might be able to be okay with the rice cereal...so I was just wondering what you experienced...thanks for answers in advance!!

Im having these symptomes and im wondering if this means im pregnant. Itchy breast, the area around my breast is getting darker. My ribs feel like they are being sat on. my breathing is labored. Im always sleepy, also want to eat all the time. My lower back is killing me and so is my abdomin. I also was bleeding kind of light for two days only. my legs kind of hurt. i have to pee often and i feel like im going to be sick kind of. Someone please tell me if its just me or am i Pregnant?
