i'm hoping they can tell me if it's a boy or a girl i'm also hoping i get pics to bring home and show the family. can you tell me what else to expect? i'll be 171/2 weeks when i go... thank you

So I think I might be pregnant. I am about a week or so late. I have gone through all the symptoms of having my period except for actually having it. Usually right before I get my period my face breaks out real bad. It clears up 2 days before I get done with my period. Also I usually start PMSing about 2 days before my period and stop mid-way through. I have gone through all of this this past week, but no period. I know I need to go take a pregnancy test and I plan on doing that when I get off work but can anyone tell me from personal experiences, their thoughts on this. Also, if I am can anyone give me some advice on what to do from here. I know I will need to puit smoking and drinking, see a doctor, etc... Anything you can tell me will be helpful. I really hope I am. Thanks a bunch!!

last Night I went pee and I wiped and I had some mucus come out. So I put my hand down there and I literally was able to pull a whole glob of mucus out. I called my Doctor and she said its normal as long as I wasnt having contractions. But my question is . Is there still more thats going to come out because I havent had any bloody show yet? And also is this a sign labor could be on its way

i'm pregnant and i'm due in march next year but i really want a c-section and i haven't asked my doctor yet but i have heard from a couple people that doctors won't do it unless it's an emergency? is that true? or can i tell my doctor that i want a c-section when it's time to have the baby? i have kaiser insurance and i also have medical i don't know if insurance matters?

I am finding it so difficult to concieve so i thought it has to do with my breast milk that is yet to be dried and can I use clomid and pls what are the side effects of clomid or at least you can prescribe the kind of drugs that I can use to aid my conception. Pls I need help urgently cos I want to have another baby. I have hormone profile test and I was told that nothing there is nothing that disturbs me from concieving.

She is 28 inches tall and very active. She breast feeds and is a very picky eater. Please guide as to how I can make her to gain some weight. I am really very worried for her as she falls in the 3 percentile for weight at her age.

We are having a boy and I like these 2 names bc they are not very common. I have chosen (so far) the name Ezra Kallao as the first and middle names. However, in the event that other names come along I just wanted to know which one of the previous two names do you like better for us to "try to keep" according to any new names we may find to also like? I already wrote about a pregnancy scare from last year and how my so-called "friends" were very condescending in telling me to get an abortion, making it seem like it was the only "sensible" thing to do. By the way, I was in my mid-20s at the time, had a college degree, 100% financially independent, made decent money, didn't party/do drugs...I wasn't some young teen.

One of the reasons(other than financially) they said for me to get an abortion, was b/c they doubted that my boyfriend would stay w/ me. They never met the guy, yet made judgments & one friend even text messaged me with, "Raising a kid is hard, esp since you're gonna be doing it alone." In reality, the guy was a decent guy...not quite ready to have a kid, & he hadn't finished college yet like I had, but a good guy(I can honestly say that now, since it's been a good amount of time since then & I've known him even more). But they all assumed that this guy was a jerk, or else wouldn't want to stay w/ me...

i recently asked a question about my 9 month old son and him crying all the time and such and alot of people where telling me he has seperation anxiety and that i need to start seperating him from me but its easy for someone to do so when they have money to put there child in daycare which right now i dont ( i work from home) and have family/friends that could watch him both my parents are dead all 4 grandparents aye dead my uncle and aunt live in another state and my brother works 80 hrs a week he doesnt have time to watch my son for me for a few minutes and as far as my friends goes i have a few but they all have lives and work alot also so im basically alone on this one so for people to say that i need to do the things like daycare and such i ask how? and if u will pay for my daycare then i will.

He will use his potty chair and is fully continent of both bowel and bladder but he won't use the big potty. We bought a couple of different kinds of seats to use on it but he screams if we try to sit him on it. He will pee it in the big potty though.

I have a 2 yr old and a 3 yr old. I have bought all the gimmicks for tooth brushes to try and motivate them and nothing is working... And when I do it for them they whine and cry...
I have tried making a game out of it, brushing my teeth along with them, etc... But nothing is working. Your suggestions are welcome!!

i fall asleep on my left side knees bent,
when i wake up to use the bathroom i am leaned in more and it looks like i am putting pressure on the left side of my stomach,and ive noticed when i do this is my sleep the next morning my stomach is very sore.

is there anything i can do to stop myself from moving in my sleep?

i also woke up last night on my back and my right side and now i worried to go to sleep

Okay,many people say their child talks too much. My daughter takes the cake on this one. She will have converstaions to herself. She will talk like the teacher to herself,so basically goes through what the teacher says when she is in school. She talks about things that happened years ago,talks about things that have absolutely nothing to do with what is happening at the moment. If someone is talking,she is talking. She is always making noise,be it singing,talking,or just making noise. She drives me nuts,she drives everyone we know nuts,no one can handle how much she talks. She also has a habit of taking things from one container to the next and back again,she can do this for hours. I am at my wits end with her,I have been on the phone at times and people can swear there is like 20 kids her,but it is just her alone. Anyone ever experience this?

Well im getting frequent headaches, my back aches and fatigue is kicking my Butt. I feel this sorta of pinching pain on the left side of my abdomen. But the thing is i have had 3(so called periods) in one month they are heavy but i dont know how thats possible.My ankles start to hurt also and im always hungry what's going on with me? HAs anyone been through this?

I have decided to go with cloth, and I know about AIO, pre-fitted, pocket, Indian prefold, etc. I want to know what will be the trimmest fit, yet functional choice for a newborn. She will be not be bottle fed (God willing).
I've seen some photos of some of the cover + prefold combos on a newborn, and the bulk just really puts me off. I would rather use ones that fit nice and trim.
Anyone got advice?
