Are you breastfeeding? If so it may not return until after you stop. It varies for everyone.

When I had my first daughter I breastfed her and didn't get my first actual period for 3 months. I didn't breastfeed my second daughter and it took 2 months to get a real period. The bleeding you had after you had him wasn't actually a period it was just the bleeding after having a baby. Don't worry yet, it will probably come in another month or so. If you are getting concerned though, call your OB/GYN and ask if it's normal and if not what you should do.

Usually your period returns 6-8 weeks following childbirth unless your breast feeding. Then it can take months.
Congrats!!

Everyone is different. I got mine a month after I had my daughter. My sister on the other hand didn't get hers for several months after she had her baby.
