alright i have given up on naming my son something german. just not feeling any of the names. so we are going back to what we first liked....Graden. originally i was going to use Lee for his middle name (my father and father-in-laws middle name) but i dont know that i like the way that sounds...Graden Lee Webber...what do you think? any ideas for a middle name will be appriciated.

I need to send thank you notes to family and friends for birthday gifts my daughter received. She just turned 3 yrs. This may seem petty, but I was wondering if I should write them as her saying thank you, or as me saying thank you for her since she is still young. Just wondering if people would think it's silly to get a thank you from a 3 yr. old herself (with them knowing I wrote it anyway, of course)...

I bought a jam jar for my old trouble and she's gorn and lent it to one of our dustbin lids. He has just bin on the blower telling me that he's done the clutch in. When do i get or even how do i get my newborn set up to get a social security card? He wont actually be born for 2 more weeks, but i wanted to know how i go about this...
also, how do i find good cheap insurance for him? I have health through my work, but it will be too expensive to add him to my insurance.. any ideas?

I am currently preggo with #2 and think we hacve agirls name but stuck for one for a boy. We already have a boy Ellis so kind of like the 'surname' theme.

I've read that the goal of feeding young infants is to teach them how to eat and to familiarize them with textures and tastes. Not necessarily for nutritional value. Here's my question;

My 6 month old daughter is doing great with her fruits and vegetables. I've given her rice cereal and she does fine with it. Is there any reason to continue giving her cereal or is it OK to only feed her fruits and vegetables until we move to Stage 2 foods?

hello, my husband and i have been ttc for a couple months now and this is my 1st month using an ovulation kit. i had 4 days so far of positives, and i know this is gross but a couple days ago when we had intercourse there was a cottage cheese like discharge. it was white and clumpy. is this just from ovulation? i haven't seen much on my panties just during intercourse that one day. what is this? my cm has never been clumpy like that.

I am going to pick up a job for the next year and I'll probably just do something like waitressing b/c I can make more money in less hours w/ much more flexibility than a 9-5. I am also going to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. My husband will put the kids to bed the evenings that I work, but he has to be in bed around 7-730pm b/c his shift at his work starts at 3am so he has to leave our house around 130am.

Mornings that I go to school we will have to be up and out the door by 6am.

We have a 2.5 year old and a 10 month old. Is 7pm too early to put them to bed? Anyone with early bedtime experience?

I am having a baby girl and me and my boyfriend wan't to name her Summer the only this is she will have his last name which is Day. so her name would be Summer Day Iove it he loves it and so does his parents and most of the people I have told. except my mother she does not like it and thinks that she will be made fun of. I can't see how she will get made fun of. to me it reminds me of a beautiful Summer day. I don't know if we're crazy for wanting to name her this. i drank 2 tablets.each capsule contains paracetamol500mg, codeine phosphate10g,doxylamine succinate2mg. before taking this i took panadol to ease the pain but still there.. any suggestions? is this safe to take?

im 40wks+6 and had a membrane sweep done yesterday! for the past 3wks i have been trying every trick under the sun to help bring on labour but nothing has worked! i thought that having the sweep done would get things going but so far i havnt felt anything yet, no tightenings or cramps! i went for a long walk last night hoping this would help but all its done is cause a pain on my pelvis bone do you think this is the babys head engageing. ive been loosing my mucus plug slowly since i had the sweep, do you think if i had sex would that get things going or can you suggest anything else because im booked in to get induced on sunday and would prefer the baby to come before then

I was just wondering how many naps in the day my 7 month old should be having? He generally gets up about 6.30am then has about 1-1 1/2 hours at 9 am then about an hour or so at one then 30 mins at 5pm and goes to bed at 8pm is this about right or is he sleeping too much in the day?

I'll be 24 in a couple of weeks. I also have a college degree. Last yr. My former foster step-niece was 15, going on 16 & told me I shouldn't ever have kids. That was BEFORE she got pregnant. I'm 167 cm and my husband is 160. My daughter is 4.5 years old and is 97 cm. She was born weighting 2.750 kilos and is a few centimeters shorter than the shortest kid in her class in kindergarten. She eats well and all her tests show her to be a perfectly healthy girl.
My husband's parents and sisters are rather short also (shorter than my husband) and the female members have had their periods starting at quite an early age.
How tall is my daughter likely to be and what can I do to raise her height.
P.S. I don't live in the US or Europe, so please suggest ways and things that I would be able to take/do.
