Paracetamol is okay during pregnancy but only for short periods of time. (24hrs at most) Fiorinal Dental contains Codeine as well which is not good to be taking during pregnancy. Codeine should only be taken under strict prescription from your doctor or not at all.
I'm not sure about the other medicine contained in this tablet but I don't think its safe either. Have you checked the box to see if it has a warning about use in pregnancy?
Ring your doctor or go in and see your chemist/pharmacist and ask them for alternatives for pregnancy. I think a trip to the dentist though, is going to be your best bet.
