I really like the name Amy Grace out of the three. And yes, Amy is a popular name, but Amy Grace isn't. So its unique and classic at the same time!

Amy Grace is the prettiest of the three, but I kind of think that Amy could go either way (really beautiful or really way too popular). My first thought is a woman in her 20s-30s, then I think of Amy from Little Women (not a great connotation).
Amy Jocelyn is a little dated, and I don't love the flow of Amy Rosalyn. My choice would be Amy Grace, I think its a beautiful combination.

I LOVE Amy for a girl. Its in my top 3 list if I can get pregnant with number 3!!
I like the spelling Aimee though.
Amy Grace would be the best, but grace is still very common, how about

Amy is a nice name, pretty and simple. I don't think it's too overused or popular. Of your ideas, I like Amy Grace best.

Out of your choices, I like Amy Grace. But I *love* the name Amy Rose. It's such a cute name for a little girl, but also very sophisticated when she gets older!

I think Amy is a pretty name but I know about 50 Amy's right now. It's a very common name from way back but not so much now. I do think Amy Rosalyn sounds nice though!

Personally, I never liked the name Amy...but if you must...you really should aim for a middle name with no more than 2 syllables; the rosalyn and jocelyn are a little too much for a middle name with the first name as amy!!

So is Cloe/Chloe...
My friend is called Aimee instead of Amy, perhaps you could use Amy, and transform it into something else that's still cute, if you think it's used too much ^^ (Unusual, cute names are the best =D)
