is abortion the same as murder? someone told me its not cause the fetus depends on the mother right njow , when its born and can breath on its own then it would be murder if you killed it, but not now at 6 weeks preg

For some reason I'm thinking that if you have a c-section you are taking the risk of not being able to concieve again. I already had #1, but TTC #2. I've been trying now for 3 months. #1 was soo easy to concieve. I feel guilty for even talking about this because I see that some women on here have been trying for over 20 months to get pregnant! Good luck to all of you TTC.

My daughter is 15 months old and up until this point we played together everyday, all day long (I'm a stay at home Mom). Lately though, she's become very independent and does not want me to play with her, she'll even move her toys away from me and then play by herself. I understand that this is her learning her independence, but I feel guilty because we really don't play together at all anymore or even read together. If I try to sit down with her in my lap and read a book, she will wiggle away, take the book, and sit and read it herself. If I try to sit her back down with me she throws a complete fit. I feel guilty about this and then when she's playing by herself I'll try to find something to do like read or watch some TV and then I feel even worse about it! Don't get me wrong, she is not unsocial, she is just very independent. What are some activities we can do together where I won't "crowd" her so much and she can feel independent, but I can still be involved?

Anytime my fiancee (her father) and I hug or snuggle or kiss or hold hands...any sort of affection between us...she gets jealous and upset. She will come over and try to get in between us or try to move his hand off of me. She always says "that's my mommy" when she does it as well. She will even start to whine and cry if she can't stop him from touching me. And to make matters worse, she has a baby sister on the way, due in Nov. so if she acts like this now am I to assume it will get worse when all my attention has to go to the new baby? Has anyone else encountered this behavior from their toddler?

I have a good life and a happy marriage so its not stress, I have one child already so I know its pregnancy symptoms like my breasts are huge, nausea, bloating, gas, frequent urination and I took a first response test and they are suppose to detect early. has this happened to anyone else?

yes, i know this is under 'parenting', & parents, listen 2 some of these answers!

i just feel like a lot of teens r really responsible & we dont get enuff credit 4 it! not like, here's a cookie george! or anything like that, but like, parents KNOW that we're not doing drugs, & they continue 2 b like, don't u DARE do that, cuz if u do, ur grounded! when most teens wouldnt ever consider doing drugs, or any of that crap. . . i just wanna know if there r any other teens who feel the same way. . . . . =)

My induction is scheduled this next thursday and i feel that i am going to have a major nervous break down because i am so scared that something is going to happen to her. I'm afraid that she wont be alive or something else might go wrong. Just hearing about all the bad things that go wrong with deliveries and babies is really scaring me plus reality is setting in. Do you still sleep with stuffed animals? not a gf/bf or a pet but like a teddy bear or any thing else stuffed? my baby was born at 26 weeks gestation, and while I was in hospital with her i was able to produce 40/60mls every 3hours.The trouble is since i've been home i'm lucky if i get 10mls. im trying not to stress but its difficult to keep up with the demand. i purchased a portable hand pump so that i could express on the go, but its impossible to be out and have it sterile. and i can't stay at home all day as i have other children to take care of. Does anyone have any mircle so i can make more milk?

My son is due to be 3 at the end of September. The next scheduled move for him at school is the beginning of September to the 3 year old classroom. However, if he is not potty trained by then they are holding him back in the 2 yr. old classroom. He has been in the 2 yr. old classroom for almost a complete year and I am afraid if they hold him back, he will be unable to be intellectually challenged due to facing the same things he faced last year and not learning anything new. I am scheduled to have a baby the end of this month. My son knows how to go potty but for me he would rather play with his toys than go potty. I am trying to get quick advice on how I can effectively potty train him in a couple of weeks while coping with the pains of my pregnancy. If anyone has good suggestions on how I can handle this please let me know! Thank you.

I am being induced next week and I was wondering if I need a gurdle, my mom told me that I need at least two so that I wear it when I get out of the hospital. She said it helps to keep the tummy in place and she also said that it makes you feel more comfortable. I was wondering what you ladies say or think about gurdles??
