I currently use scented bags made especially for dirty diapers. But they're so thin, and even if I use two at a time, the smell is still very obvious.

I use plastic grocery bags. Wet diapers just get tossed in, but every time there's a soiled diaper, I just take it outside to the trash immediately so that it doesn't smell up the house. Honestly, you just have to be vigilant about taking the diapers out. If a soiled diaper stays in the house for long enough, regardless of the type of bag, it's going to smell.

Trash can with lid and take outside as much as possible. My house is very small but we don't seem to have this problem. Diaper Genie is expensive to use and not that much better than tying each diaper in a bag before throwing away.

Where I live we have outdoor bins.
This is the ONLY way you are going to avoid the smell.
You need to dispose of the diapers in the bag and then put them in an outside bin prefably away from the house.

I just use a standard kitchen garbage can with a lid to prevent the dog from eating the diapers. Sometimes I toss some baking soda in the bottom to absorb the smell.

i exploit a diaper pail with a rubbish liner. approximately as quickly as each and every week i visit soak the diaper pail in warm water and bleach for a pair hours to help save the smell of the grimy diapers from being embedded interior the plastic. you ought to purchase a diaper pail for sort of $10. $10 isn't too undesirable for something which you will could desire to apply for 2-3 years.

My daughter uses a Diaper Genie. It works great. The plastic grocery bags work great if you're visiting someone.
