b4 i got pregnant i was fond of junk food(i'm not over weight) but since i've been pregnant i stoped eatin it. i was just wonderin cos everyone was so adament about me stopping eating it what damage eatin junk food actually would do to the unborn baby?

We are 5 weeks pregnant with our second child. If its a boy, my hubby gets to choose the name. He likes the name Gabriel, and wants the middle name to be Charles after my dad and my grandpa. I like that he wants to honor the two other most important men in my life. But I'm not totally sold on "Gabriel". Opinions?

Of course, we'll go with what we want in the end, I'm just doing a survey for the fun of it.

My son is one years old and about a week ago he started to kiss and hug my belly alot. He's so affectionate to me and my husband and his grandparents but he never does this to any of their bellys. Is it something that baby's just do to their mommy's? And do baby girls do this too?

My son is very rough with our 2 cats. He has body slammed them, dragged em around by one leg, hit them, kicked them..all around just very rough. I have resorted to sending them (the cats) to stay with my mom until i can get this resolved. I want my cats to come home, but obviously dont want them injured being here! How do i explain this to my son...i tried telling him about how cats have feelings too...how would he like it if i did that to him, etc. And how do i reintoduce the cats? Any ideas?

My best friend just had an abortion today, 9 1/2 weeks into it. I am already a pro-life person, and for my best friend to have one really hurt me, but she's still my best friend and I don't hate her for it, but I am sitting here crying for her baby that she just aborted, and I don't know how to deal with it. I have heat rash all over my arms and legs and belly. I read in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" that it is really common to get heat rash when your pregnant but it gives NO suggestions. The pharmacist said I cant take Benadryl...any suggestions to make the itchiness and redness go away safely? I am itching like crazy!! And it looks soooo icky! Thanks!

My husband is from Norway, I am from the US, and we want to find a name that will be acceptable in both countries without sounding too weird! I have a daughter already whose name is Alaina, so something that isn't too common or too out there.
We have thought Anya for a girl and Erik for a boy.

i bought a pregnancy test from boots (it had two tests in) i did the first test which was negative but still i have not had a period so i did the other first thing this mornin however i could already see the negative line very faintly before i even did anythin with it so i know i prob sound stupid but cud this ave given a wrong result as i still used it and it said negative still. (i am 12 days late and ave pregnancy symptoms, n b4 ppl say i have not done anythin that wud delay my period part from sex lol and i am not stressed.)
