Jayden works for both a boy or a girl. Christine was a good suggestion. Heath is a good masculine form of Heather. Deanna is a good female form of Dean.
Whatever you do, give the kid his own middle name, really. First and middle names after someone else is overkill and really leaves the kid having to live up to serious expectations. Honestly, have you noticed how many serial killers are Juniors, or Thirds? Yikes!

First of all, Jaden/Kayden/Hayden/etc. are all very overused.
You could combine Christopher and Janeen to get Christeen.
Or Janeen and Dean to get Jean.
This is a toughie. It seems as if any possible combinations would make either a really really strange name, or a really common boring name.
How about, if its a girl, you give her one of your names as her middle name?
And if its a boy, he gets one of your hubbys names as a middle name?
My mom's name is Tana Rachele (pronounced like Ra-shell, not Rachel) . She named me Rachele Monique, and I named my daughter Brooklyn Rachele. So as you can see, we just passed one particular name down the generations.
We are pregnant with #2, and if its a boy, his name will be Gabriel Charles. Charles is my dad AND my grandpas first name.

Why no longer use one call for the 1st call and the different call for the middle call? the two "Deborah Diane" or "Diane Deborah" could sound appealing. different possibilities must be: Oriane, Deboriane, Debaine, Diorah, Aorah, Dideb, Oradi, Anorah, Oradiane, Diebo. i think of I desire Oriane. that's a fine looking French call which skill "break of day," or "Gold." that's derived from the Latin observe, "Aurum" which skill gold. Oriana is an English and Italian variation. The call could be an unusual one and intensely memorable.

I like Jaden- it's pretty cute. Why not give your boy or girl his/her own unique name though? That way they can call it their own, not a combination of two others.
Congrats on your child though- and ultimately, his/her name is your decision!
